Description
A nice little drive by with a historic stone cottage near by
Clyde has been a local identity for a number of years and lived in a number of locations around Wagga this is his present address. Clyde is semi famous for being kidnaped once and used to be seen around the CBD of Wagga But has reverted to his Rustic country roots and you certainly can'tmis Clyde as he will stand out in a crowd.

I was out caching today and this one was one of the caches I attempted. About two minutes into my search, the caretaker of the cache approached me and told me that the cache had been taken down by the CO and the container was removed a few months earlier. I later found out that he meant it was archived on Groundspeak and not GCA. I didn't know this because I had it saved to my GPS. As this is a double listing on Groundspeak and GCA as well as the container is gone, it needs to go.
I would have liked getting a double smiley.
Thanks anyway Rescue-201

Heading home from Wagga with baby&Mrs Gopher
We pulled up right near GZ and had a good look around but couldnt find anything. It's been quite a few years since last found so doubtful it is still there.

#85 in the bag. along with some GCA action today i found this rather strange looking animal loitering around this cache. The cache was an easy find but a little put off by the owner of the house being so close however they must be aware of the cache and have been very obliging and not coming out to see what i was up to. The house is gorgeous being the old stone/mud brick construction just love the homes from the 1900s and older the way the built was amazing.
Thanks for the great spot and another quick find.
Didn't realise this one was listed twice when loged initially so here is its GC log and now GCA log

i'm sure I logged this when I found it, but my log appears to not be here =(
Such a pretty cottage near it, just imagine the history, and Clyde is funky!! =)

@ 11:25am Interesting place but too hot for the GeoPrincess to leave the comfort of the air conditioning ( or DS!) Dad slipped into ninja stealth mode ( or as much as one can in the middle of the day) for a quick retrieval without disturbing the locals.

Found this cache with the psychodaughter. She worked out which caches we'd do during the afternoon we had off. I'm glad she put this one on the to do list. Thanks for a great cache.

What a cache. As slowdad and I drove up to GZ we saw Clyde and knew that we where at the right spot. As we parked we spotted the cache and quickly had it signed and we were on our way again. Glad we made time to find this cache. Next year I'll have to bring my nephew chugga out to find it. Left a pathtag took nothing.

Arrived around 7.30 am ish and soon found KFC's dream catch. Was just making the find in the frosty conditions when the owner came out the driveway on the way to work ,wound down the window and called out "did you get it ? ".Enjoyed the theme and hide and either its new here or i have just never seen it on the way past many a time. KFC for us tonight Many thanks to Rescue for the hide.
