Description
This cache is located in a spot with views over much of Maryland.
Maryland Matters used to be the name of the local news letter distributed around Maryland.
While this cache has nothing to do with the newsletter it does have some views of the suburb where the newsletter was distributed.
and maryland matters because it's where I live.

Exploring Newcastle today, we focused on GCA caches and your cache was one we found.
Six years since last found and that was by a Tasmanian cacher too.

5 years since a find on this one so we were surprised it was still there. The cache is due for a bit of TLC though as the log book has all the pages stuck together and the contents are a bit daggy! So Maryland matters but does this cache to the CO?

Stopped off again today. The GPS showed me a different spot today which was about 10m away from where I searched last time. Easy when you look in the right place.

Had a look for this but couldn't come up with it. The GPS didn't want to tell me which tree it was under so I had a bit of a poke around. All the bark has fallen from the trees making it very hard to find a cache.

[I'm in one of those moods where I'm off the paysite again.. (and the people who demand that caches be only to their liking..)

I now have a new geocaching partner, "Postie", as in another motorcycle, and this was her(..) first find

Sorry, Try these co-ords from the spot I actually hid the cache.
Had a long search for this one, but no luck.
Did find a fairly recently swish-looking bike that has been dumped.
And a ladies handbag that looks as though it has been borrowed/grabbed/stolen and then ransacked. And lots of other rubbish.
Also,found lots of likely places, but no goodies.
Will try another day.
