This cache is one of a small series of regular sized caches that has been placed along the Barton Highway. They will initially provide new caches for people who want to participate in the 2021 game of Battleships and then provide more of this sized cache to all as they travel this main road between the ACT and Yass. They are best attempted while travelling towards Canberra.

A quick find as I navigated around Hall. Drained the cache and dried the log. Thanks for the cache TG47

The last day of my extra long Australia day week off led me on a loop from Hall to Sutton to Queanbeyan and home via Fyshwick. I was keen to deal with a DNF and get a Where-i-go cache for today's date.
Thanks for the cache TG47

Out with GLISS! caching in the rain. Quite a good night for it, despite the cold. Nice fast find at this one. Thanks for the cache.
This was a quick find in the rain. yay! - another shot in the Battleship game. TFTC.
Last of the three in the area as I headed home after a run around the area. Log signed and all was good. Cache in good condition.

#GA5311 - 11:45; I though it might be a good idea to start firing on all cylinders for the current game and today being a nice day, headed out to collect a few of the newer local caches on my way to the shops. Three from three located and logged, with all in good condition. TFTC TG47

This was the third and final cache that I grabbed on my way back into town today. Yippeee! another chance to fire at the battleships in the current game being run by Geocaching Australia. TFTC TG47 Stamped log.

I'm in Canberra for the June long weekend and of course Geocaching will be apart of it. I picked a couple of areas around that I wanted to find caches at. However, I certainly didn't get to all of them BUT I did find caches else where. I found a mixture of both GC and GA and various different cache types. I visited many places I didn't know about which was full of history, fun and unique scenery. This was one of the many caches I visited and may/may-not have found sometime over the weekend. It was a fun weekend meeting up with friends and caching as much as possible. If I found the cache, a TB visit has been placed on the cache page. I would like to thank all CO's of the caches I found and for allowing them to me and the caching community enjoyment. TFTC's
Out with Just a cacher for a quick caching expedition and we decided to grab this cache while we were near.
A quick park and grab to sign the log here tonight.
Thanks for the cache TG47.

After finding Not Queen Elizabeth we noticed that this cache was further along the road and appeared unfound. We deviated from our original plan to look for this cache. Again we enjoyed the plentiful parking off the highway as traffic was speeding passed even though it was raining. We followed our GPS and soon spotted something suspicious. On closer inspection we found we had the cache container in our hands. To our delight the log sheet was blank. An unexpected {FTF} at 10:05.
Thanks for this cache TG47. We enjoyed finding these three caches and will look for some of your other hides before we leave.

I headed in through the grass and made my way to GZ but could not located a container. My coords looked good and I even checked down the slope a bit. I looked for about 5 minutes and then had to run to an appointment. Will check again on this one later. Thanks anyway
