Today I caught up with VK7HCH at Kingston for a morning of caching around Kingston / Blackmans Bat / Tinderbox / Howden for a few GC caches and lots of GCA caches.
I have already visited a few but so had he.
I've been waiting to come back to this area to clear the cahces off my map.
Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.

Thanks for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your cache was just what I needed to get me out of the house and “exercising”.
Found on 8/9/2024.

An easy find with the clue. Lots of beetles guarding the cache! Log was very soggy. TFTC!

We spotted the cover from the parking spot and soon had the container uncovered. Unfortunately it had been placed in the hide upsidedown resulting in it being half full of stagnant water. The water had got into the ziploc bag and the logsheet was a sodden, mouldy mess. We drained the water out and dried it as best we could. We didn't have our cache repair kit with us so could only add a fresh piece of paper.

Thanks for this cache Budgietas. It will need to be maintained soon. No ducks on the pond today

Mr went for a ride and found some things along the way. This was a very easy thing to find. TFTC

Found as we explored the area, enjoyed travelling the road less travelled and the scenic views.
Many thanks, Budgietas, for an enjoyable series.

Hi Budge
Had to go to the Eastern Shore today, but my trip was delayed due to frozzen water pipes in the -3 degree temperature this morning
On the way home, I decided to try your Howden/Tinderbox series
The series was enjoyed especially as the day turned out to be perfect weather wise
The views along this road are always spectacular on a nice day - so it was today
The series took a while to complete; but I wasn't rushing the series rather enjoying the tour and the thrill of the find
This was the sixth I attempted
The cache was Sainted at 1357 hours with a very quick find
While replacing the cache, Reborncyclist pedalled past the cache
He stopped and we talked for about thirty minutes prior to his moving on and me finishing the duties of a find
Thanks for an enjoyable series and this cache
Cheers OldSaint

Given this loop is my go-to on the bike, I guess I should be out there getting as many FTFs as possible!
Very quiet down here.
Thanks.
