On our trip from Birdsville to Broken Hill with our caravan on tow.

The track was very rocky and bumpy after having had so much Big Red Bash traffic. We parked the caravan on Innamincka Town common
then headed out to explore and find these caches. That is after realising how we had misloaded the GPSr and didnt have any caches at
the dig tree. Think

Great to now be finding some caches and exploring the history of the area. Clapping Oh how tough it would have been in 1860! Shocked

On the way back from Coongie lake I passed fairly close to a few of these B&W caches. Happily a physical cache and it was in great condition. Thanks

Found it 14/7/14. Easy to find. I was so disappointed that I didn't upload more of these B&W caches to my GPS, will definitely have to do more on our next trip to the outback Very Happy

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 3:50pm. Again we didn't have the co-ords for this cache and just searched everywhere and in everything and bingo, got the cache. The cache is in good condition. TFTC

Found at 4.30pm on our trip to Innamincka. Better than any history lesson learnt in the classroom. Much more fascinating being here where it all happened - miles from nowhere. TNLN. TFTC

Found during our Innaminka holiday exploring this fabulous region. It is interesting to have read Sarah Murgatroyd's book "The Dig Tree" whilst visiting the area and putting it all into perspective.

I hope you enjoy your trip to this cache. I reckon it's a fabulous area - as long as you have the modern backups of transport, food and water readily to hand Very Happy
