On our trip from Birdsville to Broken Hill with our caravan on tow.

The track was very rocky and bumpy after having had so much Big Red Bash traffic. We parked the caravan on Innamincka Town common
then headed out to explore to find these caches. That is after realising how we had misloaded the GPSr and didnt have any caches at
the dig tree. Brick Wall

Great to now be finding some caches and exploring the history of the area. Clapping

A great informative walk here to get to the grave site. Thanks to the previous comments, I also got a copy of the Dig Tree book on CDs and we listened to it along the way - a great way to pass the time and hear the story. Plenty of flies about, cache in great condition. Third in the series for us.

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 1:40pm. This is the 2nd trip we have made into this part of the country on our way to the Birdsville Races. We found the cache without any co-ords as we had an idea what and where it might be; just luck really. The cache is in good condition. TFTC

A quick find after pulling up in the car park. This is such an outstanding series of caches and virtuals. I'd also bought the Sarah Murgatroyd books for both me and my son Jeremy to read. It's quite an experience visiting the locations where this all took place, especially with our modern comforts in tow.
TNLNSL, thanks for an excellent cache!
best wishes,
Wal & Jeremy

Found whilst visiting this fabulous region of Australia. Was reading Sarah Murgatroyd's book "The Dig Tree" whilst here and it really puts into perspective what happened around here.
Thanks for the cache. Took a tag, thankyou.
Cheers from the Posspet Boys
