Another nice little cache we grabbed as we were doing a bit of a loop
After parkrun I drove to our normal coffee shop and met Goose before we headed North again to explore the highlands again, this week we went to Oatlands then turning Northwest towards Interlaken, we called a few places I had never been to before like Wilburville, Flintstone etc, in the end we made a loop of it and headed to Poatina with a small side quest to Cressy before hitting the highway around Powranna and then heading South again.
Another big day starting at 10and not getting home till 10pm, I found 18 caches and the 4WD covered 524kms.
Thanks for the cache.

We parked amongst the boat trailers, passed through the gate and enjoyed the walk to GZ. No problems here!
Thanks Tassie Trekkers

Hi Trekkers
Returned to Lake Crescent and the surrounding area to collect GA caches that I hadn't found before
This was one of them
The cache was Sainted quickly at 1021 hours
Staying for two nights at the Great Lake Hotel in order to do more around Bronte, Wentworth Dam and Lake Echo should the weather co-operate
Cheers and thanks

We arrived in the Lake Crescent car park to scenes of jubilation. One of the fishermen fishing close by had just caught a big fish. There was much excitement as the fish was landed. After admiring the catch we headed away in the opposite direction towards this cache. The track was very boggy from vehicles driving over the wet ground so our boots were soon carrying a good coat of mud.
After a short, less than 10m walk through scrub we spotted a telltale rock and were soon adding our names to the log sheet. We were surprised to find only one other signature as this cache is easily accessible.
Thanks for this cache Tassie Trekkers and for bringing us back to this very pretty part of the highlands.

FTF @ 1.05 pm. We headed out on a beautiful winter's day to do a 400 km circuit to find one missile for the current battleship games and along the way we collected 15 FTFs and this was one of them. A nice drive in an area we have not cached in for a long time. TFTC
