Everything comes from somewhere, and somewhere is where everything will go.
This easy field puzzle probably won't waste too much of your time. The puzzle is a recycled concept: make your way to the posted coordinates, where you can find the answers to some questions. Re-use those answers in some partially provided coordinates, then recharge your GPSr with those coordinates. This will lead you to a repurposed final container. Who could refuse a field puzzle as simple as that?
The reduced container awaits you at S 46° 07.RUST E 169° 57.SPLASHES,
inwhereas:
- SP = why is there no swimming in this area? Count the words above "keep out no swimming";
- LAS = how many site hazards are floating around? They are neatly listed and marked with a yellow triangle;
- HES = how many areas are there where visitor access is allowed? Count the green areas,
and
- R = multiple phone numbers for enquiries are listed (yes, it's exactly 'multiple'). Count all the 1's in both (oh shoot, spoiler alert) phone numbers;
- U = dumping is available at the .... landfill. Count the letters in that name, do not count the word 'landfill', do not count spaces;
- ST = close your eyes and look in southeastern direction, at an angle of approximately 145 to 150 degrees. How many sheep can you see?
That's it. Simple, no? Just to reduce any possible confusion: each answer is a single, whole digit ( ∈ {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9} for the mathemathiticially inclined).
The final cache has been e-quipped with an anti-cachecreep-mechanism; there is no need to re-move this mechanism - you can simply de-attach and re-attach the cache if need be. Please make sure to se-curely re-close the lid when you're done.
