In response to Nana Ned's challenge:
"We are all having trouble thinking of something different to cook or/and need ideas to excite us into getting off our backsides and cook in this lockdown. Recipes can be entrees, mains, desserts, cakes and slices .
This is a challenge, when the jigsaw is completed you will see who has been challenged today, they are requested to publish a GA cache with a recipe (not too complicated) with a photo of the food as a jigsaw and nominate another cacher as the codeword.
Please keep this going and don't put weight on, get out and do our daily exercise."

This is a very good looking meatloaf. We use one that I got out of a Women's Weekly book many years ago

It's been a while since I have had a nice meatloaf and gravy, too much trouble to cook it living solo unless I want leftovers for the next few days. Thanks Cybergran V.
