Great Northern escape 2022 Day 136. Jericho Day 1. For my first full day in Jericho, it was a morning caching on the Blackall road power trail. Only one DNF today, but there was lots of spinifex to contend with. I met a local collecting wild flowers along the way. Yesterday I commented on durability of containers, today I was thinking about how a container is placed versus its waterproof ness. The pipe caches are great, but I see if the opening is down or sideways, they are more likely to be wet. Two more days of this from the Jericho end !
As I was heading south doing some of the Jericho Blackall cache series, I did this set of three as I was passing.
