Here's a poem.. it's called Like No Other Place

There's a town in New England where tomatoes grow

And a resident ghost roamed many years ago.

Where the caravan park is the highest one in Oz

And the Big Lamb moved some metres from the place that it was.

The streets became a race track for the vintage Grand Prix

And the Little Boy Lost search ended happily.

Where a UFO landed in the water supply

And an F111 crashed in a paddock nearby.

It's freezing in winter, and that's without the snow

And the forced Council merger is still a tale of woe.

There's the black panther sightings with photos none too clear.

Are they the real McCoy, or just someone's wild idea?

There's a place in the town and with a whole lot of luck

No one has anatidaephobia because it's Mother of Ducks.

So you know they've got it right on a sign they can embrace

Welcome to Guyra, it's like no other place.

Congratulations Laighside Legends - FTF

Found It!
Solved this one without any problems then visited the final location today. With some help from the hint, it was a quick find and I got FTF a little after midday!

I couldn't solve it as have never seen a puzzle like this. However guessed a location based on street view which agreed with the East co-ords, if they were correct, so will have a gander there.

(Following a hint from the COs I was able to solve the puzzle. My guessed location was nearby but would have been a DNF. When it comes to that phobia ducks & geese are one & the same so my gander should bear fruit. Thanks).

There’s a town in New England where there once was a competition.
The locals all entered - they made it their mission.
However all were disqualified; they felt so belated,
Because to the judges they were all related.

I solved this puzzle for the Mid-Year Mystery Madness Months game. It's been a while since I saw this style of puzzle. Brought back some memories.
