Logs

I'm giving away hints on my mmmm caches today because I'd actually like people to solve them for the game. These hints shall remain in the logs till the end of the mmmm games then will be deleted. If you are still struggling with solving these caches, please ask me for further hints rather than asking others who have solved it.

It's in a state forest. If you zoom in on the image you'll see a couple of white lines under the X - this is a cross road.

Let's just say I shouldn't start looking for a job involving spatial any time soon.. Laughing An excellent idea for a puzzle that we've not seen before. Solved for the MMMM.

Currently spending a couple of nights at Grafton and day tripping from there. We have been solving puzzles for the MMMM games when not caching and today as we headed off to explore we realised this puzzle was not far from our target zone. MMMMaybe a bit furthur on, but couldn't resist. Boy oh boy this one took some time to solve, so nice to make a find.

Many thanks for placing this cache and giving us the opportunity to find some caches during the game period.

I decided that today was as good as any to turn some recently solved MMMM puzzle caches into finds.

The puzzle took me an hour or so to crack, in between inconvenient interruptions at work, but it was a great feeling when the Geochecker returned a confirmation that I knew where the cache was.

I’d successfully found C○3 ♀ Ɛ○<<○3’s other two MMMM caches in this neck of the woods - just needed to make this the trifecta. I made my way to GZ and parked the rig. Some nice views around here. Honed in on GZ and found the cache in the first spot I looked. Another beauty! Performed the formalities then made by way back to the main road by a different track that I originally took. Gotta love the country side out here. I think I’m preferring this kind of terrain than the rainforest these days.

Since I was close to Whiiporie, I couldn’t resist by stop by the shop and buy a couple of chocolate truffles. The ones they sell here are amazing, and I’ve only ever seen them at this shop, and the servo at Tyndale. Best chocolates I’ve ever eaten. They were done in a few minutes and I contemplated turning the truck around and going back for a couple more. I behaved myself and kept driving though.

Thanks C○3 ♀ Ɛ○<<○3! Had a ball today finding your MMMM puzzle caches. A nice day out driving the backroads and a chocolate reward at the end of it all. This is what geocaching is all about.

A photo of the logbook is attached as proof of find for the 2023 MMMM Game.
