Description
This is one of my entries into the GeGnome project. Area 7 may think otherwise, but everybody likes a bogan! :)
Your challenge is to locate this gnome, collect it, take it away, sign the log and re-hide it in a different location, taking note of the new co-ordinates. Then you log the details in 2 simple steps:
First Step: Log your find with a 'Found' log - this will give you your smiley!
Second Step: Log the move with a new 'Moved' log, adding the new co-ordinates as well as something useful in the hint box. This will update the main co-ordinates and the hint for the cache listing so that it will update in GSAK and the like.
One of the best parts about these moving gnomes/caches is that you don't have to worry about being spotted retrieving the cache. Enjoy being as obvious as you like in order to grab it. Then run away as fast as you can.
The rules are simple:
- You can "find" this gnome as many times as you like (the more the merrier!) as long as the last move was by someone else
- A move should be completed and logged with new coordinates and a hint within 2 days please
The main idea is to keep the cache moving along so please hide it in a terrain and difficulty level that will keep it easily found. Don't forget you can find and move this cache as many times as you like!
When you hide it somewhere new, please add a good hint to help other seekers find it.
Photos of the gnome are strongly encouraged, i'd love to know what he's up to! :)
Logs
we where in noosa, so we decided to look for it. unfortunately it has been found and not logged or lost. ahhh.
Bit of a duck pond really; not ready for a mountain climb.
First attempt so this was great fun! Just a little move for starters.....

This chap decided to have a swim and then nap under a gum tree. Great spot for a swim, picnic and/or a little walk.
This old chap was sharing a cache site with GA2778 - GeoScout. I think he needs to head for the hills too.
Journey is done. Lost in Noosa. Have fun boys!
This gnome is in deep doo-doo. I hear gnomes are worth a pretty penny North so they have been "renditioned" and due for extradition later this week.
BTW nice hiding spot. They were hidden 15m from my first gc.com cache. It was a cool spot with lots of hiding options. Thanks for taking me there.

With his little buddy Geoscout in the gnomic transfer lounge. Where will he go? I have an idea but didn't want to spoil the surprise so kept mum.
GeoBogan has re-"tired" for the night to listen to the radio.
Easy find, almost tripped over it while collecting post. Had various family members very confused.

Found Him and GeoScout decided they did not want to but the real estate

GeoScout and GeoBogan hopped in my backpack and rode to work with me this morning. We were nearly there when they spotted some real estate for sale, and decided to check it out in case they want to give up the nomadic lifestyle.
No trouble finding, I didnt see your vehicle in the carpark McPhan so assumed you'd gone home for the day.
Thanks for the gnomey fun and the nuclear GZ

If you look through the gap to Mac House during business hours and wave up at the window right above the awning in line with the poles Zsazsa7 or I may wave back.
Coords could be iffy but near the brick corner.

182. Found him with a cluster - which is an old joke which I womn't go into on a family friendly website. Then again he IS a geoBOGAN. NAh, still better not.

And off to Duffy for a bit of a gnome orgy!!
Out on some errands, providing a good chance to round up some gnomes. They are much easier to catch when you place an alert on all moveables, and are still off work! But gosh they all start to look alike after a while
Had to take my "funny names" cache off line for a awhile, so placed the knome in the same spot, just incase someone comes past...
Sorry - been sick all week with a lung infection. Dropped this gnome off at the Red Hill hotel.
Grabbed just after lunch and found this gnome with a travelling companion. Will move on soon and hopefully to the South side.

Every bogan can benefit from some higher education, so this gnome has popped in to ANU for a while.

Approached GZ by vehicle as a group of guys Were staggering home from the pub. I watched as one 'watered' the hedge right next to the gnome. Fortunately he escaped 'unwashed' and I was able to extract him carefully and log the find.

Sorry for taking a couple of days to move this one. Sick family and no car... My GPS was showing a bit of a variance (13m) so you may need a clue to find this one.
Was a bit of a wait for this one but it was worth it in the end

Found in the rain. The call had gone out from the lost outpost that conditions had deteriorated and a rescue party was needed. The troupes were marshaled and set out to find the lost outpost. After scaling treacherous slopes and fording flood rivers the rescue party made it to GZ and discovered the lost platoon.
The rescue party gave the troops a hearty meal and sent them back to base to obtain new mission orders.

Black Bunny picked up a whole gaggle of gnomes and brought them home, so Candy Cane 101 and I could see them, and log them. We will also be helping to place them.

All 9 Gnomes decided to go bush!
They are a short 5 minute walk up an EASY trail. Follow the trail until you are about on the same contour as the rock you can see & suspect is where these gnomes are, then walk along the contour line to the rock. The NINE gnomes are there in plain view having a bush picnic.

A pre 6am raid along the hill top ridge line, great early morning views of the departing thunderstorm and Tugger's lights. One of 6 Gnomes relieved from their hilltop hideaway.
It was amazing walking along in the half light and to see these gnomes just sitting there out in the open.....

On a rainy gnight gnorkmeister decided to go for a walk with a backpack full of gnomes. Rain had started by now. I hope I don't get struck by lightening up here.
Saw 4 of these still unfound in Tuggeranong so headed out after geoboy was put to bed to get them. This one at lease was a *FTF*
I'll hang onto him until tomorrow night. I want to try to collect a few for a Gnomish Power Trail
