Description
Beside the Highway
This area is a native forest area beside the Bass Highway. There is ample room to pull well off the highway. The area is sometimes used by road makers to dump material and to park large pieces of machinery when road repair work is being undertaken. Unfortuately this happens regularly.
Best approached when heading east towards Elizabeth Town and Deloraine.

First cache for the day as we head to Launceston for a couple of days of geocaching.
Cache was quite exposed and it took a long time before we could return it and cover it a bit better due to all the passing traffic.
It's great to have some new caches to break the trip to Launceston.
