This webcam can only be accessed by scuba Diving or freediving, please don't attempt this cache if you haven't been trained in one of these areas please.
The webcam is located approximantly at the location of the coordinates (due to being underwater and discovering the webcam, I didn't get accurate coordinates)
the livestreams go up onto YouTube, though I have noticed that some days it doesn't record when it's meant to and some days it does,
