Description
Stinky munzee fun for all!
Come and visit Wollongong's premiere spot for stinky smells! All for a good cause (of course). Best to park at the heliport and walk up to the cache via the bicycle path. The munzee card is located in plain view. To log this cache, either capture on the munzee via the phone app (http://www.munzee.com/m/fluffyfish/5) or add a picture of the munzee card to your log.
Wollongong Sewage Treatment Plant treats approximately 45 million litres of waster water per day. Around half of this is recycled back to local industry to reduce fresh water consumption. The remaining waste water is discharged to the ocean outfall.
My geocaching.com cache at this location has now been archived.

Found with LuckyL10n during a run down The Gong....
1st GCA puzzle in a long long time. Had to park the car and walk back to the co-ords, but all was good and my photo was soon grabbed.
Thanks fluffyfish.....

#GA645 - 12:55; Sol de lune and I had discussed a wild trig hunt in the Illawarra quite a while ago and today was the day we tried to bring home the bacon. We had collected a few on the way down the mountain and in to Kiama, before heading north for a DNF in Shellharbour before heading north for the main section of the Tour de Illawarra. Trigs weren't the only thing on the menu today though. We had a couple of puzzles, trads and a multi too. This was the first stop and I jumped out of the geomobile while Sdl went to park it. Found the munzee quite quickly and as I made my way to the designated parking area, Sdl came up to GZ from the opposite side. Met up back at the geomobile and headed off for some more finds on a so far productive day. TFTC fluffyfish

An easy find, in fact you just walk right up to it, I had told geobridgit what to expect and she sprinted the last bit across the bridge and yelled "I got it!".
Always nice to log another GCA cache.
Thanks for the cache.

I had to quickly download the Munzee app to the phone before capturing my first ever Munzee. A quicker find than my last visit here! Thanks for the Munzee and the cache!

475. I had DNFed the GC version of this cache previously and only realised that as I was driving up to the location. Then I was relieved to find it was now a Munzee cache. Found quickly this time and the shot taken.

Well I also found this today so hope Wilbert didn't then drive to Hill 60. I couldn't find the archived case either. The smell had a hint of spring blooms - of the algae type. Thanks Fluffyfish.

Don't know if Hoojar beat me to this one? I am not into FTF on GC.AU anyway. Had been here before for much harder to find cache than this one! Today the smell was fine as well.
