Came here in the morning & this time nobody here – so was able to search but found no cache – didn’t look for GC cache as I was on time limit so will return.
Tagged along with Team Merlin. Out for a caching run to claim a few caches in the area.
With GZ in hand a nice quick find.

No muggles this morning when we made the find with JJCC, although there has been muggle activity around GZ. The second part of the hint is no longer true and the cache container was out in the open. After signed we replaced to match first part of hint and covered with a piece of concrete.

On a short drive from home stopped for the view. Quickly found once walking around below the viewing platform. Also good not having any other muggles in the park at the time of visit

Moved to prevent GC.com cachers finding this and writing in the log by mistake.
Urgh too early! But we saw a pretty parrot and there were bell birds singing so worth it in the end!

Don't you hate it when a GC cache steals your hide?! How did they not notice this was here already? Taking Zhaoy to Dubbo and the zoo for the weekend this was our first stop after a very early exit from Sydney. The bell and whip birds were out but no one else! Cheers Canary & Co!

Well, what a confounding cache find this proved to be, with its fellow GC resident.
The cache was quickly and rather conspicuously sighted along the track BUT mistakenly, as has been the case for upteen dozen others, as the GC cache, though it did seem an odd bunny hide.
On signing of the logsheet and returning to the GeoReindeer it became apparent that there was another cache at the same GZ.
Returning, it soon became apparent that the cache first sighted (and by every other GeoCacher and his dog) is NOT the GC, but the GCA Kurrajong ICEM. The GC cache is 'nearby'.
Due to the confusion I'll rate this as a worth stopping, reluctantly.

Can I really claim a find on this one when I watched the CO replace the missing container? At least I know I was looking in the right spot on my previous visits
Thanks Canary

My second DNF for this one. Bikerbuddy and I were out this way for the Pie in the Sky cache, and stopped to have a look for this one on our way back. We both had a good look around, but didn't manage to find anything.
My second DNF for the day .
There were lots of people at the lookout when we arrived, so we went after the nearby GC cache first.
Muggles were all gone by the time we returned from finding that one, so we could search in peace. But alas, no cache did we find.
Maybe next time I am out this way I'll have better luck.

1050, GAFF1, Geoson and I just completed Forgotten Path and saw this GA on the way back, we approached GZ and soon located the hide without the distraction of any muggles.
SL, cache in good condition, shame about the rubbish around GZ

This one proved tricky. Not to find but how to avoid being seen extracting it by the muggles who have a grand view over the entire area.
A lovely spot with great views over the lowlands.

Wow a rare find indeed! A Team Canary cache this side of the mountains. Was very pleased to pick this up on the way back down Bellbird Hill. Co-ords are about 8m out but the hide is straight forward. I wnet with the GPS, Alf went with instinct - Alf won!!
Thanks TC for a worthwhile stop.

On the way back to Sydney after a morning cache hunt, Purplepeopleater and I stopped for this ICEM cache. Parked and walked down to GZ. GPSr wanted to go one direction (no not the band) and PPE went that way, while I went to a likely hide. Found straightaway. We SL, TNLN and replaced. Thanx Team Canary, TFTC.

Amazing in 2005 I found a cache one of my first caches in this very same thingy Mr Swampgecko was teaching me what to look for and stood back till I found it. Only difference was it was at the other end. After the cache duties Ute Dog II and I went 'splorin and walked around the track, well worth the 15/20 min walk.
Thanks Acko

Found together with pjmpjm and GazMag on a day-long Geocaching and trig hunting expedition in the Kurrajong/North Richmond/Windsor areas.
No problems finding this one, the clue alone will get you there.
Great view from the lookout. Thanks for the ICEM cache it is appreciated.

Arrived hear at the lookout on the way back home from visiting S.A. Got out of the car, not having any geocaches loaded on my GPS. Mum asked me if I wanted to look to see if there were any nearby, so I got the computer out. I found that this geocache was 50m away and hadn't been found!!!!!
So I quickly went to GZ, looked around and found the geocache, look at the logbook, and an FTF!!!!!!
Thanks for the geocache!
