Description
It has always fascinated me seeing a long row of letterboxes at the end of road for all the people who live down there. This is for those places that have 5 or more letterboxes in the one spot. It is not for units unless they are individual letterboxes as shown in the log by doodle bug oz. Each find or note should be separated by another cacher's find unless there are a lot of interesting ones in a partcular area you visit.
Logs
Spotted a dozen or so letterboxes at Pontypool, while checking on my cache nearby. TFTL Using for the Cacheopoly games.

We were in New Zealand at a mega event and extended holiday. Out and about geocaching with our Australian geocaching friends. This is one of the caches we stopped to locate. A nice colourful array of letterboxes. TFTC.
Heading home after spending a few days in Geelong I headed to Echuca then along a few different roads to Albury. I spotted this group of 8 letterboxes along the way. TFTC

The fifth of February seemed like a good date to log Five Plus..
the seven letterboxes in a row were found halfway between Gooram and Merton on Ridge Road, when I was searching for a GC Cache on the top of Ridge Road.
It is well worth a trip along this road, if you are lucky enough to find the gate open.
The road up is navigable in a 2wd in good weather, but would certainly require a 4wd in wet weather.
However the view from the top is worth the drive up, for the 360 degree vista.
Thanks for the Locationless Corunnaroad

I was recently up in the Yeppoon Qld area and driving the back roads caching of course when i found this little lot off to the side of the road. So close to a major town and still no direct mail delivery to their gates.

Hello corunnaroad thanks for the cache.
Today was a lovely day to go for a drive with the sun out and not many clouds and not much in the way of a breeze one of those lovely winters day. I had found a couple of caches earlier in the day and as the day progressed the clouds increased and gradually lowered and darkened. As I continued along the Channel High Way to find another cache I spotted this conglomeration of letter boxes. There is a real mixed match of boxes some brand new others really old and rusty. Some off the shelf from the hardware shop, some handmade, some Plastic, some Metal, some with locks most without locks, some were happy to have junk mail, others had no junk mail signs, some were really solid and never fall over and there was one that was on the ground and looked as if no one loved it.

I remembered that there was a cache relating to letterboxes so when I was out in the country geocaching this week I took a picture of these letterboxes. The hard part was then finding the locationless that corresponded to my picture. A bonus was later I discovered that the number on one of these letterboxes was used in a multi cache. TFTC
corunnaroad thanks for the cache.

Several letter boxes at a place called "The Letter A".
Driving on Delaney Creek Road at Mt Delaney near Mt Mee Qld I came across these (7) letter boxes on a corner of three roads. You have to be careful driving these dirt roads especially when it is a little damp. I love driving in the country and would take dirt ccountry roads over bitumen highways any day. Showing my age now. TFTL CORUNNAROAD

Five in a row on Goulburn Road Trunkey Creek.
I also claimed two of these for 'You've Got Mail' so pretty pleased. Only one of the boxes is store bought.

Hi corunnaroad
Just sitting at home on a very wet Autumn Day looking at and naming photographs taken while caching.
This set of mail boxes are in Lower Barrington, Tasmania.
Decided to put them on your cache because of one exceptional exhibit of one in particular - the ANGEL!
There is/was a cache hidden near these boxes; it was called "HEAVEN MUST BEER NEAR!"
Hope you like the pics.
Cheers and thanks
OldSaint.

I was in the area to have a go at the recently published trail of 12 and these letter boxes were on the corner of the road I needed to be on and the New England Highway North of Highfields Q. There are eight letter boxes in this little group. TFTC

Living in a rural area with many rural mail services there are many areas that the postie does not go to or down the adjacent road. this is just another one of these at the corner of Smiths and Faulkners Roads Nanango Qld. This spot is only 5kln from town but the mail service these boxes are on is 243klm in length.

Took a bit of detective work to find the name for this one, but all good. There are 8 mailboxes near the fire station at High Range, on High Range Lane. Most were just the usual metal construction but one was an empty plastic chemical drum.

Just another set of mail boxes in country Queensland near Nanango where the road is not that long and not that many houses. Over the years these little groups have been disappearing as the country roadside mail services get extended as the contract are renewed.

I was on my way to Toowoomba and deviated down the Hampton to Esk road to find a new GC cache that was in the area. As I was driving along trying to not get lost as there were a lot of dirt/gravel roads in here I spied this little nest of 7 mail boxes on the corner of Perserverance Hall Road and the Palm Tree and Coppermine Road.

This looong line of letterboxes greets you as you drive off from the ferry on Bruny Island
Found this "stack of 'em" at 10:20 while on the way to today's bushwalk just up the road from here. If I've counted correctly, there's 18 of them . They are located on the wonderfully named Porcupine Ridge Road, Porcupine Ride about 10-12 km north-east of Daylesford.
Thanks corunnaroad.

On the corner of Hayters Lane in Werombi (western Sydney) is this set of letterboxes, which were on my way as I headed to do a nearby cache in a cemetary.
During the day working nearby I met one fo the locals who happened to be one of the Haytersthe road was named after too.
It's a funny world.

Was up on top of the Great Dividing Range at the Bunya Mountains today to find a GC cache that was recently placed. Driving back towards home and I spied this little nest of 5 letter boxes on the corner of the road. All are in good condition and just after I drove past the mail contractor arrived at them.

Its good to see that even on the busy Sunshine Coast there is a little bit of paradise left with the traditional 'letterboxes at the end of the road' set-up. These used to be so commonplace and it was always fun to see the different varieties of boxes that the creative owners came up with. This particular set of boxes is adjacent to Eumundi Cemetery, home to the cache GC22Q6K - Highway One - Yacidka. I have no idea what the Yacidka stands for, you'll have to check it out to find out if there's a meaning.
Thanks for this terrific locationless cache, its a beauty.

Have driven past this one on almost a daily basis and was a bit slack and had not seen this one on the locationless till the other day. Most of the country roads around here that had more than 5 letter boxes on the corner were recently included on mail services as the contract came up for renewal. this street is actuall on the edge of town and there are more houses down the road than the number of letter boxes on the corner.

13th and final cache near Googong and surrounding places. Found after an unusual adventure at nearby cache, "Burra". There are some small ones here, but some cool and big ones too. Nice idea for a cache. TFTC!

Spotted in the country lanes close to Kyneton, Victoria. Living out in the country, many lines of boxes can be seen at the end of dirt track.
Just out of Freeburgh near Bright on the Great Alpine Rd I found this row of 8 boxes.
Pulled up at the side and took a quick photo before moving on.
Always good to see some different varieties.
Fun for the postie.

On the way home from Hobart wwe passed these 5 letter boxes on corner of Glenmorey Rd and the Midland Highway, Tunbridge. There are five rural properties accessed via Glenmorey Road and there is one letter box for each property. The stitched photo has two images: the five letter boxes in a row are on the top; the sign post showing the names of and distances to the five properties are in the lower image.
Saw these 7 all lined up on Wattamolla Rd behind Berry.
