Description
Red Bison Frog
'Leap Frog' -- the Moving Cache Race -- December 2011 until January 2012
Please don't hang on to a the Red Bison Frog for very long. If possible, hide your Frog on the same day you find it. At most, please find a new hiding place within 48 hours.
Remember that 'moveables' are meant to be found! Don't choose a difficult hiding place, or one that's far off the beaten path. Pick a place that completely out of sight of muggles, but which can be reached easily by frog hunters. And give a good clue!
This way, Leap Frogs will move on their way quickly and safely!
Enjoy!

Cache has been with the previous find for almost 12 months. To avoid others looking for a cache that is not in the stated location, this cache is being archived. If it appears again, it can be reinstated…
Picked these up today with fitzy. We will get them back out into the wild soon.

Moved to Callum Brae Nature Reserve. Follow the track from the entrance gate off Narrabundah Lane. Hidden in the end of a large fallen tree, at ground level, just beyond where the path splits into two. See spoiler picture.
I picked up a bag of moveables. This was in it. A snazzy cache and cache guardian, still in good condition; travelling well since 2011. TFTC pjmpjm.

For a bit of a change from sitting in front of the computer solving jigsaws today, I managed to discover this and a few other Moveables. They aren't moving much during this period of isolation due to the COVID 19 restrictions which are being lifted gradually so it is good to be able to log these thanks to SDL. All available logs were signed and returned to the cache. Thanks PJMPJM for this fellow .

A review of this moveable has shown that the cache may still be in location, just sitting there waiting to be found. So, if you're in the area, or simply passing through, why not stop and help it on its way again.....
Spotted side by side with a Geocache.com Cache in Mendoran. Signed the log, but did not move.
on the counter with some others similar to me, only available between 7am and 6pmish tue to fri and other time if your lucky
A review of this moveable shows the cache has been collected from its currently listed co-ords, however it has not been relocated. As this is now over 4 months ago, the cache is being archived to stop cachers looking for a cache that is obviously not at the listed co-ords.
This is also done to help keep the Geocaching Australia database clean and up to date.
If the cacher owner confirms that the cache has been relocated, the cache can be unarchived.

What can I say I found in a Red Bison, He was with friends, I heard a story about them being taken home by a muggle but , they returned them when explained the rules of our little game.
Seem someone has found them ripped them apart and played kick it to me......................... Ratdog12 and I searched out the remains and have them all at home here with us.
Red has done well in this little pack, we found his bison, log, home and himself too. He is all good sad to say that most of the others were not so.
I will find him a little hide in a place close to where I can check on him soon

Close to the coal jetties & near one of three impressive Groundspeak caches, the others on your way. Ignore the sign about no entry as public can now drive to locked gate which is where you park. Beware of snakes, green & black ants. A bunch of 'em.
Found with a bunch of his mates on a wild & windy day - thanks to Throsbyonchurch for the special delivery.
Down and ready to go for a fun caches to collect.
I could say I found Red Bison Frog, but in reality, it's probably a comme ci comme ca. It was pretty funny chasing movable gnomes , angels , frogs etc down the freeway only to catch them and be plucking them from their hide'y hole and bursting at the seams carrying these wiggly giggly thingys back to a box in your mobile and clutching onto them almost for dear life. The whole look is hilarious. An enormous Thank You to Just a Cacher and Black Bunny for finding Red Bison Frog and dropping him off. Thank you pjmpjm for sharing Gnash.

Feeling really cranky, you travel all this this way to collect caches and people don't log that they have taken them, or they've had them in their possession for months. No consideration. Ruins the game!!! and it's unfair. ..... i'm just cranky because there are supposed to be 86 movables in the ACT to date and I can't access the majority of them and I'm fining this to be the case most of the time. Right or wrong from what I can see I can see why cachers don't bother too much about Geocaching Australia caches.

Dislodging Caches stuck around town. Placed on the highway Northbound, so someone can quickly grab and move on elsewhere!
Down, but I believe it has hopped off again already.....
#GA920 - 08:00; Nice to collect another little member of the order Anura which has travelled far to reach this side of the continent. I'll move it on soon. TFTC pjmpjm

Dropped off near the Nerren Nerren Homestead Trig point.
Saw this cache had been dropped nearby so went out for a ride with the family to pick it up and to check on a couple of other moveables that had been reported missing. Will move on soon.
We have move this little red frog on to a new hiding place. Thanks pjmpjm.
Last posted coordinates were incorrect. Now updated.
Hopped up the road to the Kingsway Sporting Complex.
This found made a appearance at the event after a long rest. Can be unarchived.
This cache looks to be MIA. To save it turning up on the lists we'll archive it. If it's resurrected the owner can activate it by placing an "Unarchived" log against it.
Well no one wants to move it from here so I'll put it somewhere closer to civilization.
