Description

Frog - that looks a bit like W.C. Fields

Mrs Iamapom says that this warty frog shaped planter with a cigar tube down it's throat looks like WC Fields.

Froggy - WCF was aquired from a $2 in Collinwood last weekend. He wasn't $2 - he was more like $6.95. So not sure how that works but still.

First finder. Open the spiked black gate to grab him.

Could not find it.
Any clues where he might be hiding if still there?

It's a cemetery party tonight for 7 frogs and gnomes all sitting, huddled together, scared witless of what may be going on here when the sun sets. Help them on their way so they don't end up too traumatised to continue.

caughtatwork (Daddy) found this cache this afternoon and he brought it home for me to look at and sign the log book. We are going to rehide him this afternoon. Thank you.

Found this cache on the way back home from some more of the Woodlands series. I was a bit surprised to see 3 frogs and a gnome all hidden in the same log, but it was a pleasant surprise and so they all jumped in the back of the car to head home with me. They will be logged and be back out in the field shortly.

With a busy first day back at work, I didn't get a chance to get out yesterday so I made sure I got WCF moved today.
He's hidden with a bit of a view of a very nice lake park.

WCF kept alll the interstate froggies company whilst they were having a virtual tour of Melbourne so they wouldnt get too scared seeing big green things that move (trams Laughing ) etc (see photos) We then took Frog WCF for a drive and he hopped out of the bag when we were doing a maintenance check on one of our caches nearby. GPS accuracy wasn't great so check the hint!
Travel well WCF!

Some friends of ours who occasionally cache with us when on holidays with us sms'd us coz a soccer match had been cancelled and wanted to do some "Frogging". We came here as it is half way between our houses.
Luckily that even though this cache's most recent log is a find I had read the find log so knew the Frog was still here and he was easily found. Our friends daughter's new boyfriend was quite bemused by the whole process lol
TFTF, we'll move him on soon!

I was on my way home when I noticed a number of GA movable caches in the home town area. This park is one favourite running spot so I drove in and parked near the pond. It's really sad how such a beautiful spot has been left to ruin. Anyway the frog was found quickly and signed. I did not move on as I don't have the time to participate in the leapfrog event. But it's a good looking frog. Good luck.

Hobbled out to drop off WC Frog - wasn't quite a frop-swap as his "generous proportions" needed a more substantial hiding place, which I found nearby.

I was worried that his cigar might go astray so slipped it into the attached chain - it was a perfect fit!

Sorry for the late log - have been out at Woodlands Historic Park all day and into the dusk tackling the Woodlands 100 series (those that are accessible outside the Bandicoot enclosure at least) and collecting some large foot blisters...

I saw the published log and when it wasn't claimed at the time I was leaving this morning I had to have a crack at it. I found the gate open, so was worried he's escaped but no there he was in the corner as promised Smile Will move it on in the next day or two (if I can walk! Razz)

He's been taken - probably this morning - who has him ? Very Happy

10-Dec-11
Go get him - First finder - open the black spiked gate to grab him from the corner.
