Logs
Wow! 238 weeks since last found and we were just about to give up on this one when we noticed a bit of blue plastic that looked like a clip of a sistema container.
Took quite a bit of digging to get this one out. Interesting to see that the last finders were another Tassie caching couple.
The plan today was to ride quite a section of this rail trail to get as many caches as we could and then return to Koroit but it was so windy and cold and the rain was threatening so we only ended up riding 5 kilometres for 2 finds of GCA caches out of the 3 we attempted.
Thanks Smergol.

The rain was still holding off so we drove as closed to this hide as we could leaving us with a 186m walk. Like the previous finders we were greated by a magnificent bull who watched us as we made our way to the trail.
As we approached GZ we noticed that the area had recently been slashed and the area close to the objects mentioned in the hint had been cleared. We hoped the cache had survived.
We searched for about 7 minutes before we heard the sound of walking pole hitting plastic. It took a few minutes of careful digging before we were able to uncover and remove the container. Although the outside of the container was wet, muddy and under attack from a variety of insects the contents were save in their ziplock bag. We signed the log under the watch of an interested beef herd.
We replaced the cache container as found and covered it well
Thanks for this cache Smergol and thanks for showing us this part of your world.

Team Ladava are on a break away before being restricted to home with upcoming knee replacement.
A magnificent bull greeted us and happily posed for the obligatory photograph as we got out of the car at the nearest point to gz.
I struggled with the find and was about to give this one away as missing when the better half of Team Ladava came good. Now I know why I married her 46 years ago.
TNLN.
Our thanks to Smergol for the cache.

The last of seven GC & GCA caches we found along the rail(cache) trail today after parking at Koroit Station and riding down to Kellys Swamp.
A great day out on the bikes all the more fun for all the caches along the way.
Thanks for the adventure

Woo! My first GCA FTF
I am quite far behind my logging on GC.com but because this was an FTF, I decided to log this one the day of the find.
I had no idea there were so many GCA hides around this area, but I guess it was a bit of a spur of the moment sorta thing to load the caches onto my phone. What? A new one near a GC.com hide with the FTF up for grabs? Yes please!
Did a quick run to GZ and with not a single soul on the path, it was a quick easy find. This was a very nice cache to find.
A nice new container, painted with a nice new logbook to go with it. Nice all round!
Thanks for the FTF Pathtag too! A very nice cache all up.
Thanks!
