Logs
We didn't spend long - the tree has been burnt, and has half collapsed as well. Nothing obvious in the charcoal either....
Wow this 1 really had me going – it was very, I mean very berried – but the cache was very dry – many thanks for the challenge - TFTC / TFTH / SL

one of a number of find along Bells Line of Road today.
First to sign the log in over 12 months makes a satisfying find

Found this cache while on my drive around the mountains. It took a bit of time to locate the cache. But signed the log & replaced as found. Thanks for the cache

Nicely placed. Out, signed and back in between waves of traffic.

Wow...that was buried well by the natural camo. Took a good 10 minutes before I felt it. Good to grab it, so thanks for another one.

The BLoR was quiet on this sunny Autumn afternoon, making for an easy retrieval and log signing.TFTC

There were heaps of cars going by today but a gap in the traffic allowed us to grab the cache and sign. TFTC ack
Heading back to Sydney from a job way out west (Nyngan) I wasn't really going stop all the way across as it was getting late in the afternoon and this area is within range of a long day or weekend cache run from home. But pulled up at the park a bit before and saw this was close to decided to grab one.
Been a while since it was found and it was fairly well wedged in, but managed to get it out to sign the log. Been a while since the last visit.
Interesting drive over the Mountains today, past all the burned out areas near Bell, and the smoke was still very heavy across the mountains limiting visibility across the valleys even 2-3 weeks after the fire emergency. Must be lots still smouldering down there. Thanks Acko.

Out for the day with pjmpjm mainly to do the "Striving Towards Blue Mts Power Trail". It turned out to be a very good day for us with plenty of finds.
This was an easy find once we found the likely hide and located GZ, The cache was slightly damp but the log was quite dry and in good condition even after all the recent rains.
Thanks for the cache.

This was one of more than twenty logs that rogerw3 and I made while travelling down Bell's Line of Road this afternoon, from Bell to North Richmond. We found mainly GCAs but also two GC traditionals.
Our main effort was to complete the 'Striving Towards Blue Mts Power Trail' in one afternoon . . . and we nearly succeeded. We found 13 of 14 and DNFed one that now seems almost certainly to have been muggled. (At the end of the day we talked to a previous finder who thinks we checked the correct place, in vain.)
No. 11 was our 4th find of the power trail series. The clue made it an easy find roadside in Berambing.
Unfortunately, the interior of the cache container was a bit damp. We managed to dry it out pretty well. The plastic bag protected the log book, though.

Thanks to the CO for the cache and for the entire power trail.

Found the cache quickly, in spite of lots of traffic that suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

On a work day shortened by a sick son, I made another quick park and grab here.
Good to be in the best place on earth - The Blue Mountains!

Well... the clue fits for some, but for the vertically challenged... like Jumbuck...
