Description
Toy Box Raid 5
My fifth entry for the GCA movables competition 2012.
As usual I failed to plan ahead for this years competition and have to resort to the toy box raid to come up with entries. At least this years theme means plenty of toys to choose from.
This one chosen by geokid #4.
Have fun finding and moving these around and please log any dnfs so I can keep an eye out if they go missing.

Did a bit of a muster on old moveables around Canberra and moved then on to greener pastures (Victoria), however this one could not be found. If the cache was at the entrance of the homestead, there is a chance it could have been found by the grounds folk....and removed.
Sadly I think it should be archived....

At the entrance area to historic Lanyon Homestead. Well worth a visit, if you haven't been here before.

Will be there tomorrow waiting for the local Geocacher, don't waste your time looking this one is already gone.
Got you just in time for a long trip down the South Coast.

Guess I've logged this one previously . . . maybe twice!

Only went as far as Lawson, let's hope it will not be too long for the next pick up.
Got you! recovered from this unusual hiding spot. Now where to take you now?

The 'Wheel' has rolled west into the mountains . . .
Found this one today while visiting the Nepean River area and walking the 'Great River Walk.'

My Garmin's GZ did not appear to be at an obvious place to hide the cache, but I expanded the search, but still couldn't find it. Too many places to hide a micro sized cache, and without a hint...I called this a DNF.

Swapped with another I collected from this spot on the Nepean River
Found with Team Merlin at Tizzana Winery before the Hawkesbury Meet and Greet event all caches found were not moved so others could discover.

Have had this one for way too long, so I have now dropped it off at Cumberland State Forest after nobody took it from the Bathurst event.
Spotted at the Bathurst Invasion - Give Peace a Chance event. Signed and left in case someone else wanted a GCA movable (we took one).

TBR 5 - RC has moved yet again!
Hope someone else will now discover him soon, and keep him going along on his journey.
His new hiding place isn't very difficult at all.
Found this one lurking around again, close to home.
Thanks again to rogerw3 for the move.

Time for you to start moving down the mountains.
Noticed that one yesterday but was otherwise engaged. Today looked good for a walk from Blackheath to Medlow bath so this one was picked up on the way. In the end I walked to Katoomba.
Now to move you.

Short stroll down the fire trail off Staveley Parade.
Mmmm........ Not sure what the story is here. We actually picked this up near the Bluies Spring event in Lennox Park. This was located at the co-ordinates for GA7004 Bucking the Trend #3 Blue Ace. Goodness knows where that one is. This one TBR5-RC was meant to be in Hazelbrook. It wasn't. Anyway we've got it now and will drop off as soon as we can - however it may not be until we get back from overseas in a couple of weeks.
Done, move with a mate down the mountains, two for the price of one!
What do I have to do to get you out of here, I know a train trip down the mountain.

While there dropping a couple moveables and doing a local GCA I picked this one up, he will go up the mountains for a short while.

GCA 1107 - 10890. Found in the hands of Sol de Lune.
Nice to grab such a selection of moveables in one hit. Glad to see these still moving around.
TFTC !!
I find that the moveables are a great addition to geocaching. The fun of chasing them around - sometimes finding them in place - sometimes not - puts a bit more interest on the Geocaching Australia side of things. These games also tend to boost the numbers of moveables around - especially in December and January - perfect time to spend a bit more time caching away in Summer and / or holidays. My favourites tend to be the Gnomes - memories of a misspent childhood come to mind.... Lol.

Dropped at the Pathtags, Geocoins, Moveable Caches, Travelbugs Swap Meet for the next person to move along.
Grabbed this one to move along. It'll probably make an appearance at the Pathtags, Geocoins, Moveable Caches, Travelbugs Swap Meet if I can make it.
I had forgotten all about this cache but found it in my caching bag the other day. Dropped off in a familiar spot in a 5-1 exchange.
This is a move log to let those who are playing know it's still where I found it.
Found this one at 17:40 while on the way home from a little excursion out to Nunawading.
As I'm not part of the Bingo game, I left it where I found it for those who are playing to move on. Good luck .
TNLNSL. Thanks geo_jas.

Finally got around to placing this one while out on a pre-Christmas bike ride with the family... Quiet spot here, but close to many other wheels whizzing along at maximum velocity
With a bit of time up our sleeves this afternoon, this was a quick pick-up close to home... Beta female was most intrigued with this one.

Moved on quickly on the way home while the kids played in the playground. Should be close enough for cachers with kids and far enough away for cahers without. Travel far little wheel.
Went to pick up Mi Widdle Poh-Knee so checked up on this one, - it's still there It's directly behind the post that has the rock next to it
Felt around all the places I could reach but couldn't find the cache. I'll see if I can try again on the weekend.
Picked up a couple from this Power Trail, (only picked up the numbers we needed ) and dropped off 5 too then went to another nearby park, then Eley Rd GC Cache then to Wattle Park to clear out the ones there before the working bee. Got back to the car and realised we were on 0km petrol - GULP!! Asked GPS for closest Petrol station and drove to it - it LIED! Kept driving and about 3kms later finally found a Petrol Station - Phew!! MMelb was home by himnself so it would have been awful if we ran out and had to walk to a station and back to the car and would have been home much later!! The Dramas of caching lol!
Created a mini Power Trail of Moveables during my lunch break
Thanks Geo_Jas,
sorry for copy and paste found logs.. I really need sleep, but want to get these out so they can be found.. yawn!

I nearly gave up on this one, the rain was soaking through, my phone didn't want to pay attention to my fingers and I was cold.. but hey.. perserverance and a little luck.. Thanks..
