Description

A Collection of Seven different cache types in one walk - what more could you ask for.  In this little walk there is a Traditional, Multi, Gadget, Mystery, Podcache, Night Cache and an Augmented Reality Cache.  Hopefully, there is something for everybody here.

All the caches are on Chimney Pot Hill and hopefully will make a nice walk up to the Trig on top of the hill (There's cache type number 8).  All containers are clear 1L Sistema and are all the same.

As per normal in the bush - look out for snakes and other things that can bite.

Finally for this cache the GZ.  The cache can be found at XLII LV CLV CXLVII XVI DCXXXIII

I had worked out where this cache was before I left the cachemobile, but I put it into GDAK and not the GPS.
So I've arrived near the top and so I have to work out the proper coords again. Took off in the slightly wrong direction and came at the cache from behind.
TNLN, thanks for the cache Budgie!
Now off to do some maintenance on one of my caches.

After getting the coords and reading the hint I arrived at GZ and thought “oh dear, I’m going to need help Pray
I don’t have a GPS and have to rely on my phone. With the Telstra tower above I was being thrown all over the place. Took me a lot of searching so was quite excited when I found it Very HappyDancing

Thanks for the mystery cache Budgietas. Out and about today with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP. After a week in Canberra where there where hundreds of caches to be found in every direction, we returned to Hobart and found we had a much more limited choice of areas to cache. Luckily, there was a nice series of caches on Chimney Pot Hill so we headed there. This was a nice simple and cute AR cache, must learn how to put one together. Thanks for the cache and the series Budgietas, had a lovely walk around the area.

Hello Budgietas thanks for the cache.

The puzzle was easy enough but finding the cache was a lot harder.
But got there in the end.

It took us longer to find this cache than it took to solve the puzzle. We managed to circle it several times before one of us spotted the hide. The GPS indicated we were 3 m S of GZ.

Thanks for this cache and the series Budgietas. We have had the trig on our to find list for a long time and this series gave us a reason to continue on to the top and the trig.

FTF @3.40 pm. It was a cooler day and Mrs W set off to see how far she would get walking up the Chimney Pot Hill Road. This was the sixth find of seven tackled today. Hooray made it to No. 7. An easy puzzle but finding it took a lot longer. Lots of rocks to search. 3m the gpsr finally said when cache was located. I only spotted it after returning from higher up. Thankfully no snakes spotted. Now for the downhill, always better than uphill. TFTP
