Description

The Wesleyan Methodism Church was built in 1898 by Mr A Nightingale, which is where this cache gets its name from.

This church seems to be in great condition for its age and is worth a stop.

Arrived at this spot and waited a few minutes for the muggle parked nearby to finish his text and move off. Good coordinates allowed a quick find, retrieve, sign and return. All was in good order.

Thanks for another cache in the area Budgietas.

I can't believe I'm the first blue dragon to find this cache. I think I should defect to the orange team....
A quick find along with all the answers to the history cache questions.
Had to read it as there was a doggle walking its muggle across the road. She was watching me quite intently whilst Doggles sniffed the pole...
Thanks for the cache Budgie!

After getting the Fathers Day celebrations done early we headed out for a caching run. We did the circuit down the Channel Highway and back through Huonville. A pleasant day with only a bit of drizzle. A great spot for a cache. TFTC

A family day out. Thanks for the cache.

The deer and the bear both had RDO's so we decided to have a geocaching excursion in the Channel/Huon areas. This was our first stop for the day. The find went to the deer while aus was collecting the data for the history cache. Thanks for this cache Budgie.

Hi Budge
After spending most of the morning trying to sort out my mobile; with Apple; which would lock up on incoming calls we decided to head out and relax
Hence searching for plastic became the order of the day for a short time
This was the first on the list
An easy, quick find
Sainted; signing the log at 1150 hours
(Found the massive walk of 3 metres from the car to GZ was almost too much for me - the small rises in the ground made my legs ache even more - but they, my legs, will learn to love me again soon; Tehehehehe)
TFTC and cheers

After stumbling across another FTF nearby whilst out on a drive for mother's day, I checked to see what else was around and got the green light for a quick stop here! Woohoo, another empty log, and another FTF! Interesting spot and enjoyed reading about the place. TFTC!
Cheers,
The Hancock Clan
