A great day of caching from Richmond to Mt Victoria. Weather was perfect (a little hot later on) and mosty caches were in good condition. Great to see this many GCA caches around here, thanks for putting them all out!

The Grumpy Old Rats went straight up to this one. Interesting to see it's incinerated predecessor sharing the spot. Thanks again ack son of hack.

Out with JJCC for a drive up the hill to Blackheath for an errand. Late afternoon and on the way home we decided to find some caches along the Darling Causeway. Parking on the side of the road at dusk we activated our hazard lights before proceeding. Scurried up the drain to the top but soon worked out we had overshot the mark. Found the old burnt out cache as well as the container Sol de lune had placed (thank you for keeping this cache active). After signing the log we returned as found. Both the cache and log and in good condition. TFTC ack son of hack

It's kinda sad, but nice that the old cache is still there. sigh!

Went like a rat....and found the melted cache. Replaced it with a fully functional sistema that will hopefully last for a while.
The end of the PT....but has been a bit of fun along the way.

Found what was left of it. A victim of the fires it seems it is still there...but a bit on the melty side! Good view from GZ and a convenient 'stair' to the cache Cheers!

In the general area with pjmpjm and he suggested that we go and check this one out.
So we did and made like rodents, the cache was soon in hand, this must be the biggest nano I have ever seen! Perhaps it should be reclassified as a small.
Thanks for the series.

Set out with rogerw3 today on some secret geocaching business quite near this area, and thought that first we'd go for the new nos. 17 and 14 in the 'Striving' Power Trail.
rogerw3 recognised the clue for no. 17 and up the ... like a possum, if not a rat!
We thought we were looking for a nano, but it turned out to be a small instead, which was much easier, of course.
All was in good order with the cache and we scored a joint FTF! TNLNSL.
Many thanks to the CO for continuing this series . . .
