#GA3579 - 17:45; Day 4 of a long planned mission to South East Queensland with Sol de lune and after a couple of days in and around Nanango and the wider South Burnett area, it was time to head back towards Brisbane, then home later on Tuesday. After a whirlwind tour de Toowoomba, we were back on the highway and down the hill headed east through Gatton and on to Ipswich. Claiming this cache which has been replaced to maintain a GCA presence in the area. The hint will lead future finders to an area some 40 odd metres from the original posted coords (see log by Sdl for updated coords). TFTC Duchessezza

As this is the only cache in the Ipswich area, it was decided it should be replaced for now. Hopefully other caches will appear in the area and if this one goes missing again, well, so be it.
The current co-ords for the cache have it located in the middle of the park, while the hint suggests another location. True to the hint, this replacement cache has been placed at the bridge, at the co-ords listed above. A new hint would read....."Western end, down under, but accessible from the top. Behind the rock".
Hopefully the cache will remain in place for a while....lets just hope there is isn't a large storm and that more caches are placed in the area.

Unfortunately, this cache looks like maintenance maybe required.
To ensure future finders have an enjoyable experience in both finding the cache and visiting the area, a check on this cache is recommended.
If the cache still seems to require maintenance within 28 days, Geocaching Australia will archive the cache to stop it appearing on cachers lists / PQ's.
(The 2 previous 'found' logs on this cache should be changed from to a 'DNF' or 'Needs Maintenance' log.)

I was heading towards the coordinates but I came across a spot where the hint was hinting so I decided to check that out first.
I was standing under the structure and looking into the darkness but couldn't see the cache and then turned around and if it was alive it would have bitten me.
A great container that deserves more finds than it gets but as it is close to another cache it cannot be listed on the other site.

Our 2nd cache for the day. Our cords were a little out so we were looking in the wrong place for a while (but not far from where the cache was hidden) wasnt until we cracked the code that we realised where it was hidden great cache

Surprised to find a blank log. Glad we made the effort to drop by a grab this one this evening. It was dark and the nearby scouts gathering didn't bother us at all.
A lot of thought has gone into the construction and attachment of this cache.
