Logs

I went looking for the cache and the cache probably washed away as their is evidence of recent flooding. If you can go and replace it you probably should. although it was a nice river.

A very quick find on a walk along the river to locate a few caches (5 for the walk).
The cache has been dame and the container needs replacing as the lid is cracked. Unfortunately I didn't have a replacement with me at the time.

This cache gave me another opportunity to visit a branch of the Maquarie Bank Smile
I was there to make a cache withdrawal.
A short poke around revealed the cache.
Oh no !! Shocked
Looks like muggles found this one Crying or Very sad

The lid was broken and not connected to the bottom of the cache container, and the logbook soggy from the recent rains !!

I managed to sign the soggy withdrawl slip,
and rehid the cache upside down to keep the rain out Smile

Needs a new box, and the logbook drying out I'm afraid.

TFTC !!

QLD Mega trip 2015 with Sol de Lune. On this almost 400km road trip we drove from Canberra to Stanthorpe caching in all the towns along the way with mostly great success. Around the Mega there were heaps of caches to be done including a few power trails. Despite the weather we got all of the planned caches done. Thanks.

Found with Albida on the way to the Stanthorpe Mega. Drove in along the tracks and once in the bush, the cache was soon in hand. Not much water to see, but I know it can certainly come through at flood times.

Thanks for another one theroacker123...

As this cache was the closest to the caravan park we walked to GZ. All good at GZ. TFTC

Found today with my eldest, Candy. Camo paint has come off pretty badly so cache was easy to find...in daylight. Tried this one the other night with gangstella but had to call off the search when she saw something flying right in her face. Put my torch on her and revealed a spider whose body (not including legs) was the size of a 20 cent coin. Uneventful search today.

Found on the NSW leg of our Round Aust trip
Staying a couple of days in Dubbo, had a huge day at the Zoo Saturday and backed up again Sunday for another big day, got to feed a Giraffe as it was my birthday. Later, on the way back to the caravan park we found some caches and some waymarks.
TFTS
Today we are staying an extra day for a rest day and to catch up with clothes washing and to try and get the kids to do some school work, LOL! I ducked into town to visit the bank and ran around finding some waymarks, GCA caches and trig point.

Surprised to be 2nd to find on this one, and that the cache was not muggled as it was semi exposed. I have covered with a good layer of dead tree bark and a suspiciously neat pile of sticks so the next cacher should be able to find it fairly easily and still be concealed from mugggles.

Another FTF in Dubbo! The co-ords were a little bit out but once in the general vicinity there was one fairly obvious place to search nearby. May be an idea to put the name of the cache and its number and hider's name in the log book so people are sure they have the right cache. Thanks heaps.
