Description
One of our entries in 'Weeping Angels', the '13/'14 moving cache race.
As I was carrying the weeping angel caches through the house, one of them 'fell' from my arms, so I decided that one had to be Lucifer. I went through hell and back placing this cache, enduring noisy neighbour dogs, steep descents, river crossings, muggles, grass seeds in my socks and isolation (ok, i just left my phone in the car).
The name 'Lucifer' means 'shining one', 'light-bringing' or 'morning star'. In Christian tradition, 'Lucifer' is the name for Satan as he was before he rebelled against God. However, in popular culture, 'Lucifer' is synonymous with the devil as he is now.
THIS IS A MOVEABLE CACHE - pick it up, take it with you, and hide it somewhere else within two days. Be sure to record accurate coordinates at the new location and log that new location!!! Feel free to enter a hint as well if your hide is a little tricky.
This angel begins its journey in Golden Grove, SA at S34° 46.660' E138° 42.080' and is free to roam anywhere in Australia.

According to Wikipedia...
Whiteman Park is a 4,000-hectare (9,900-acre; 15 sq mi) bushland area located 22 km (14 mi) north of Perth, Western Australia. The park is in the suburb of Whiteman, in the Swan Valley in the upper reaches of the Swan River. It encompasses the source of Bennett Brook - an important nyoongar location, and source of mythology of the Wagyl and stories about aboriginal occupancy of the area. Whiteman Park is known for its biodiversity, including over 450 endemic plants and more than 120 vertebrate animals (some of which are rare and endangered). Over 17% of Western Australian bird species occur in Whiteman Park, including migratory birds attracted to the habitat provided by Bennett Brook and associated wetlands including Grogan's Swamp, a Conservation Category Wetland. The state government purchased the land from a variety of private owners in 1978, to protect the underlying aquifer as a drinking water source for Perth. The major owner was Lew Whiteman (1903–1994), after whom the park is named.
Whiteman Park includes bushwalking trails, bike paths, sports facilities and playgrounds. The park is also host to heritage transport groups and their collections: The Perth Electric Tramway Society runs a 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) electric tram journey around the park, running a tram that used to be in service on the Fremantle network. Caversham Wildlife Park; Bennett Brook Railway; The Tractor Museum of Western Australia; The Western Australian Motor Museum; Bus Preservation Society of Western Australia; and Revolutions Transport Museum.
Thanks ma77hew & kay for the cache.
Thanks for the angel
Thanks ma77ew & kay
I've had this one before but I grabbed tham all anyway. Five out, two in at this well worn spot.
Thanks ma77hew & kay for the moveable. I'll move it on soon.
It's now at the base of a large gum.
Moving on
Let's moved you on a little as a 'found and not moved log' tends to trick teams into thinking you are not there.
Cheers

The only problem was that part of the deal meant taking in another group of Angels from up north. I had an inside word on these so picked them up this afternoon. I'll spread them around Melbourne in the next couple of days in my normal travels.
Thanks ma77hew & kay for the Angel and Yurt for the exchange.
Don't bother loooking, gone already.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the angel.
I think I've got it all sorted now...
We might travel south for a little tomorrow, as we went visiting the other angels in Cobbler Creek through the rest of the afternoon.
EDIT PS : FIrst to Find!
