Description
One of Team Ladava’s contribution to the Weeping Angel competition.
Peniel - Meaning – Angel who rules Friday
Why is Peniel weeping?
Peniel is weeping as he has to wait all week for Friday like the rest of us.
This cache is an entrant in the Weeping Angel Competition, a Geocaching Australia game that runs from 1 December 2013 until 31 January 2014.
Your challenge is to locate this cache, collect it, make your log and re-hide it somewhere else, as far away as possible, and as quickly as possible. When you find it and move it along, please re-hide it safely, but provide a detailed hint in your "moved" log so that he can easily found next time.
Please feel free to log this cache as often as you wish, as long as you are having fun finding and re-hiding it. Of course, you should wait until at least two other persons have hidden it before you can log it as a find again.
There are some simple guidelines:
There are some simple guidelines:
- When you grab the cache please re-hide it within 2 days to keep the cache moving.
- Please re-hide the cache as far away from where you found it as possible. The further the better!
- Log your find at Geocaching Australia as soon as you can so others are not trying to find the cache you just moved.
- When logging your find at geocaching.com.au, please insert the co-ordinates in the co-ords box.
This allows the software to automatically update the new location.
Enter your co-ordinates in the format Sdd mm.mmm Eddd mm.mmm
You don't have to include the degrees or minutes symbols when entering updated co-ordinates but you should leave a space between the degrees and minutes. - Wherever possible, try and keep to the difficulty / terrain rating as originally listed.
Of course the best fun about one of these caches is that you don't have to worry about being spotted retrieving the cache. Feel free to be as obvious as you need to be in order to claim it.
Enjoy

Discovered 'Ladava Angel Peniel' at the Moveable & Mystery Madness Event held in Whiteman Park. The forecast was for rain but we were blessed with good weather for the day. A small but dedicated group of geocachers and a couple of new faces attended and exchanged stories of caches found and missed. Many thanks Team Ladava for the cache.

Left at Leura during a storm for a local cacher.
Moved to a new resting spot for a well deserved rest, Well not too long a rest one would hope.
I've logged Peniel previously, but haven't seen her for a long time.
Am sure rogerw3 will take care of her, and move her to a nice, new home.

Found when Black Bunny brought home two bags full of movables - that's the second time this week!

Feeling really cranky, you travel all this this way to collect caches and people don't log that they have taken them, or they've had them in their possession for months. No consideration. Ruins the game!!! and it's unfair. ..... i'm just cranky because there are supposed to be 86 movables in the ACT to date and I can't access the majority of them and I'm fining this to be the case most of the time. Right or wrong from what I can see I can see why cachers don't bother too much about Geocaching Australia caches.
Found another cache at the same location. Gotta be a bonus.

All of a Sudden, my inbox filled with Alerts that a bunch of moveables were nearby!
Could it be?! I went outside, and as I did, a car bearing caches came by and dropped them at GZ! How good is that!

I saw a posse of old and new moveables had arrived in Canberra and have been keeping an eye out for them. I missed my chance to grab them on the first drop, but got the good oil early this morning and headed out to grab them. While I had seen this one previously, decided to keep the team together for some more moves. TFTC Team Ladava
Grabbed along with a few mates that I've seen before....
Will move him on to greener pastures shortly.

A trip down the mountains and then down the coast for delivery to the local cacher, don't bother looking this is gone already.
Found in the hands of Rogerw3 who kindly delivered this & nine others having travelled by train - a 12 hour round trip which is still in progress. Very much appreciated.

placed along a nice riverside walk in Windsor not far from the Luke Worsley memorial bridge. Luke was a local soldier killed in the Afghanistan war.
Stopped by this location this morning and collected this moveable to give it another location to rest at. At the same time I dropped off moveables I had.

Moved to Annangrove in Sydney's Hills District.
found in the rain in Rookwood Cemetary will move on soon. Thanks Team Ladava for the moveable
Popped this little one down to Rookwood where I am sure it will move quickly.
Decided to head to Parramatta Park and target the 7 moveables in residence here, and just make a quick log on the phone to let people know it was gone. Now I am home it's time to write something a bit longer! Took a couple of looks to spot this one hiding. But grabbed for a quick move. Thanks Team Ladava, never saw this one during it's race.
Time to move to well groomed pastures new.
Another one moves to Clwydd, but not for long. On the move again soon.

Ladava Angel Peniel has now made the journey out to Clwydd.
There are a number of angels there now, but they probably won't stay for long.
Whoops! Forgot to report that I found this one, lurking very nearby.
Thanks to rogerw3 for the move!

Another beautiful hot sunny day. I was working on a project and started feeling drowsy, apart from being hot, so thought it may be a bit cooler out in the car. Looking out the window from my office I noticed there appeared to be a little change in the air, so rounded up the family, jumped in the car and thought we could head off to Canyonleigh for a slow cruise under the trees and pick up some caches. That was an incredible good decision. We had the most loveliest afternoon. I received a second wind and we were all nice and cool. Didn't plan on coming to Marulan, but we got to head down Canyonleigh Road all the way to Brayton, I thought it was a public road, but the presence of a gate threw me and I assumed it was private property until a kindly farmer informed me otherwise. There are three gates to open and close. There are some beautiful views out this way. Loved the trip had a chat to some cows who were none too impressed with our 'mooing' - I think they thought we were 'odd balls' - not half from the truth either. Arrived at GZ at 5pm for our fifth cache for the afternoon. Had seen a few weeks back that a collection of caches needed some different company, a warm shower and cozy bed for a night or two, so have collected them all and taken them home so I can move them to another location soon. Thanks for bringing us out here and thanks for the hide.

This one had spent too long on the back seat, so dropped off to keep a cow company
A short detour on the way home from work to grab Lizzy from a familiar spot. The spot is not so familiar any more as the old tree has been cleaned up. I spotted them all just sitting at the base of a tree uncovered. I guess it was lucky that they were all still there at all.
So I grabbed Lizzy along with her friends, GA 5190, GA 3802, GA 6527, GA 6525 & GA 6526 and will redeploy soon.
No signs of the other moveables listed as being here.

Grabbed these movables. They all appeared to be having a pool party with Bob the BINGO builder being the pool. I will set them free after some log drying. The rubber "O" rings are beyond help. Sorry I cant help with that bit.
While ZZ7 was off Ingressing I took the opportunity to drop these off.
839. So I decided that after the paddle we'd just fire up a phone get the co-ords and load them into the GPS. Well...
To be continued.....
