Description
Out on the point at Boat Harbour.
Boat Harbour beach has squeaky white sand and the coldest water but it's lovely to look at. The local surf club uses this beach, there's a cafe and a caravan park, so all conveniences right here. The day we set the cache there were people swimming, exploring the rocks, zooming around on jet skis and walking horses on the sand.
To find the cache, take a short walk through the bush on the point on the western side of Boat Harbour beach. The cache is right beside the path just around the corner from a great spot to look out over the action on the harbour.

Out and about this weekend playing tourist with What's On while he's visiting.
Boat harbour is a bit of a must-see in this area so we went for the required walk around the point to take in the scenery and a couple of caches. TFTC

This is certainly a beautiful location even on a winters day. There were not a lot of people about even being a Saturday and we had the walk largely to ourselves. The cache was found without any issues and is in good condition.
Nice hide..top spot. Cache all well....note to previous finders...ziploc only works when zipped....not good enough.
Tftc Sharnies Tribe...cheers sirius.

Sunny, hot afternoon and loads of flies which were quite distracting, but thankfully the cache was an easy find. The water looked stunning. It was great to be back here; Boat Harbour is one of the most beautiful places. Thanks sharnie's tribe!

Smokey and Hazey day with the bushfires around so my view wasn't much at all. Cache was found after the short-ish walk and the log was soon signed. Water still good event with the smoke around...
Thanks again ST.....cache all good.

it was windy and raining when we arrived so we went to the cafe for coffee. Eventually it cleared enough to go for a stroll. we found a GC first then continued around the path to a quick find on this cache. There was movable here too so we grabbed that one. TFTC

Stayed 2 nights here in our caravan and today was time to leave.
Mr Felix made sure he ducked across to make the find here before leaving.
Today was the nicest weather since arriving so sad to be leaving.

Always nice to visit Boat Harbour even on a miserable day. Made the short walk to this one between showers and once at GZ a quick find was made. Thanks.
Hi Sharnies
Boat Harbour is always beautiful.
I remember Dad and Mum taking me there for the first time ever and I still remember the beautiful blue colours of the water on that day.
Today, very similar but there was a little breeze today.
Sainted and replaced the cache at 1027hrs.
TFTC and cheers

Always a pretty place to visit. Today was a beautiful Autumn type day eventhough it is Winter. Only a couple of people trying their luck with fishing on nearby but thankfully, out of sight rocks meant I had a stress free time at GZ where I quickly located the cache. The coords were spot on with my GPSr telling me it was down to 3m accuracy and the cache was 2m away - which it was! Thanks for giving me a reason to again visit this nice beach.

When Mrs y'stassie arrived home from embroidery earlier than expected, we thought that there was sufficient daylight left for us to look for the two new caches published by sharnie's tribe.
After not having been to Boat harbour for about 4 years, today was our second visit within ten days as we attended a wedding on the beach late in March. Then the weather was superb (but the days on either side were very wet and windy). Today it was overcast, a little drizzle at times and sufficient swell to entice some surfers into the water. It was a short walk out onto the point where very accurate coordinates led to a quick find of a very well hidden cache - muggles should not find this one by accident. The cache and contents were in good condition. We were surprised that we were the first to find the cache. Hence we will claim FTF at 16:25. Thanks sharnie's tribe for a very good cache in a great location.
