Description
One in a series of Moveable Caches designed to head to each of the State and Territories........this one is for Western Australia.
Hopefully, once collected from its starting co-ords, the cache can make its way to the intended location and then travel around visitng some of the local sights, while being found by as many cachers as possible. If you aren't going to the location the cache needs to go to, please feel to log a find.......but maybe leave it in location for someone who may be be travelling that way.
Please don't hold onto the cache for more then a few days....let it 'move' around.
(Albida33 was with me while I was deploying the cache on the way to Stanthorpe and he will claim a find after the first to find).

Was out doing some caching in the area on a nice sunny day and traveled around dropping off lots of moveables. I collected lots of other caches whilst out and about. It was an interesting morning and took me around many suburbs and into the hills. I ended up travelling about 200km when i only intended to do a short drive. I saw lots of interesting sights whilst out and about as some of the moveables were in great locations whilst others were in areas requiring lots of walking. After heading back to the northern suburbs and down the coast i found a few moveables that were hiding and did not realize were still in my car. So i dropped them off in a convenient spot on my home which was an easy spot to get to without detouring around. Moveable around WA is resting in the bush with some friends close by and i hope that he travels far and wide in his travels.
Having only had 6 days off since Christmas I had a 2-day break for a change and decided to hit the road and log some caches, collect some moveables and see some sights. I headed off early and the journey took me to Greenmount, Darlington, Wundowie to try and find my moveable there and on to Northam for a quick break.
I headed on towards Goomalling but ended up making a detour to Malabine back to Jenapullin to grab a gc cache which had me intrigued. I then headed across to Jennacubbine which has an amazing tavern, CWA and go kart track out in the middle of nowhere in the Wheatbelt.
From there I continued up through Goomalling and up to Konnongorring for a quick stop. Off into Wongan Hills to grab some caches before heading out to Mt Brown lookout. What an amazing view from there and grabbed some caches nearby as well.
From Mt Brown I travelled across to the Gt Northern Highway and headed down to New Norcia which now has a bypass around it, so it was very quiet there. I could get out of the car and wander along the road and not one car came past amazing. From New Norcia headed on down to Bindoon to grab some caches and then eventually made my way back home.
So I ended up out for 10hrs and lots of km’s and a great day was had all round with lots of caches in tow and lots logged as well.
After leaving Wongan headed up Mt Brown for a look and grab this cache and some moveables.
Found this cache resting in the country with some friends. Thanks for the moveable Sol de lune

Whilst the better half was finding the nearby traditional cache I came over to this spot and dropped some moveable caches.
Found this cache when helping Gwiber and Chwiliwr remove it from his car after his trip out east with the better half collecting them all. Thanks for the cache.

The better half and I went out for a drive in the country picking up some traditional caches and a whole load of moveable ones. The sealed roads that we went on were obviously OK but according to the better half not the gravel and 4wd ones which only confirmed her aversion to going down them in any vehicle.
Picked up this one as we started the 4wd part of the trip.
Thanks for the cache.

Time to catch up and log all the moves made for the large number of moveable caches that we have accumulated over the last months.
On the trip out into the Wandoo forrest area with the better half doing some maintenance of my caches after a fire and we dropped off a number of moveable caches along the way.

I was being looked after by Chwiliwr and the better half for the day at their place and whilst there saw a whole big group of moveable caches that were being organised for a move somewhere by my grandparents so played with them for a bit before they were packed up. (Those that were not too fragile to be played with.)
Thanks for the cache.

The better half and I took Gwiber for a drive to Bunbury and beyond to do some GCA moveable recovery and a couple of the new caches as well.
'Found' this cache in the hands of tbh after Gwiber 'dropped' it in Bridgetown.

Found today after a lovely morning on Hamelin Bay beach with the family.
Got it. Using Geocube.
I was using the app Geocube to look for the cache
Such a revolution being able to search for a GCA cache on the iPhone
This could be a game changer for GCA
The app was a bit clunky at first but as I used it more it became easier to use.
I was even able to log a find from the phone.

Moved to Richmond Club on the way out further. Good luck on the next trip
Decided to come to Rookwood to visit and while I was here to pick up as many of the moveables that were there in the usual hides. I didn't bring my GPSr with me to make it more interesting. So out of the 6 hidden here I managed to locate 5 of them. I had a few that I almost missed as none of them were very large so some of them were harder to spot. Will move it on soon. Thanks for the moveable Sol De Lune

I was planning my annual caching day just a bit west & when I expanded the mapping & came up with movable. Will be going to an event that 2 off cache members will be able to log a find & then be placing out in the wild. Needed the drive as I changed the radiator fluid & I needed to make sure no air bubbles are left. So picked this 1 up – completed a GCA & GC cache nearby
As this is named as Western Australia – it’s Ironic that I was in WA just a month or so ago – many caches completed. - thanks

Found a spot by the river. Will check on it regularly, as it's the starting point for my afternoon rides at the moment.
Found on a day trip to Orange for all manner of trigs and traditionals...and one movable. Will take to the Blue Mountains.

On a recent trip to Boorowa to pick up my car, I forgot I had this on board. I took it to Orange where I had a training retreat this weekend and found a home for it there. Unfortunately it isn't heading closer to WA. But at least it is still moving. Hopefully someone will pick it up at Easter and move it further west.
If heading away from Orange, turn around at the recycling depot and come back so you can park safely off the road at the cache. Or go for a walk. Be safe!

I was meant to pick this up earlier this week on my Geocaching birthday but wasn't well. But today I'm traveling south to pick up a car. Yes, I'm finally getting a car! Sadly I won't be traveling all the way to ACT.... yet. You guys are brutal on moveables down there! haha.
Not as far west as WA but the far west of NSW may help.
A quick drive by while we were nearby.
Thanks for the cache Sol de lune

Just doing as I am told. Not sure how I or cache was in WA but Goooooo Cerberus
With confirmation that the original cache was in fact gone, I've now replaced the container, however I've also moved it closer to home to continue its journey. So now in Canberra...with the hope that it will still, one day, make its way to Western Australia.
Cache on.....to WA!!

With what sounds like a new Armco in place, this one looks gone. Don't want to have a gap in the series so I will replace (and relocate) it shortly. Thanks for the confirmation...
Stopped by and as the previous seeker states there is new(ish) armco in place and few places to hide. A good search with nothing found and rather overly exposed -this cache can be deemed as lost to the cause.
A slight detour to WW on my way back to Canberra. I walked to where the GPSr said 1 metre and began to search. No container showed up and this end of the guard rail was very shiney compared to the rest. May be its gone AWOL. I had a quick peep a little further a field, but naught. I had a minutes silence for the cache and moved on.

QLD Mega trip 2015 with Sol de Lune. On this almost 400km road trip we drove from Canberra to Stanthorpe caching in all the towns along the way with mostly great success. Around the Mega there were heaps of caches to be done including a few power trails. Despite the weather we got all of the planned caches done.
I had the chance to see this moveable when it was placed. Thanks.
