Description

Four sci-fi show creatures were known to use this saying

Both the Daleks and Cybermen either used this phrase or the other closely related “Resistance is Useless” in a few of the Dr Who series

The next was the Vogon guard as it was escorting Arthur Dent and Ford Prefect after being captured on the Vogon Constructor Fleets and on the way to the Vogon Captain Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz

The other were the Borgs in Star Trek Next Generation series and the First Contact movie

Though that may be the only thing that plays a part in this cache

The Co-ordinates aren't where the cache is located. It should take you somewhere near the start of Berghofers Pass Track. John William Berghofer also found lots of resistance to the building of the pass. Both from the landscape and from other members of the council.

To find the cache you need to solve the following for the co-ordinates

S 33° Orange Yellow. Blue Green Brown

E 150° Brown Yellow. Orange White Orange

This is a view from near ground zero

tftc. good mystery.

This was a fun cache. Love the puzzle and the walk and the view and the cache and the swag! Some of the swag got a bit w-restless (see photo) so I separated them again, replacing the cache as found. Glad it survived the fire. Looks like only just though.

A great day of caching from Richmond to Mt Victoria. Weather was perfect (a little hot later on) and mosty caches were in good condition. Great to see this many GCA caches around here, thanks for putting them all out! Puzzle solved quickly

No checker? Fortunately written a language I speak fluently. A familiar and interesting track with fantastic views. Another success for the Grumpy Old Men™ today. Thanks phlphotos.

Had solved the puzzle some time ago with little resistance in obtaining the coordinates for GZ. Came through on a cache run this afternoon and collected some caches on the way out to Mt York. Cache and log and good conditions. Thanks for the puzzle phlphotos.

Noticed this GCA puzzle on way back home and quickly had an answer that made sense. Shirt walk to gz. Did a circuit then spotted the clear indication of a hide and was rewarded. Swapped out the mirror for a fight club/1984 pathtag. Great views, awesome spot. Thanks for the puz!

Darn! I forgot to do this one on my way through the area. Lets just say I left it on purpose so I could come back and do it next visit, right? Sad

Found on a weekend trip to the Blue Mountains with Sol de Lune. Such an awesome puzzle idea - I've seen them before and they work really well. After a short walk to GZ along a STUNNING path, it was a very nice find at GZ. Such an awesome view with a good puzzle cache, a well maintained container and some awesome swaps. Really well done here! TFTC PHLPHOTOS! Clan Cerberus

Out an about in the Cerberus Mountains yet again for a weekend...this time with Toy Hunters.

What a great cache this was...the whole experience. An easier puzzle than sum, a great walk to GZ, fantastic views when you get there and a well stock and maintained cache. Very enjoyable experience...so *Recommended* this one for other visitors to the area.

Thanks PHLPHOTOS...look forward to more over the weekend.

3TF for the second time today!

Berghofer Pass. What a beautiful view! I arrived just before sunset and enjoyed the panorama. Rain had stopped and everything very scenic indeed.

However, the scene was actually stolen by my longtime 'totem animal,' the one that shows up most often when I walk in the bush . . . a roaming echidna!

The little guy rolled up when I approached and maintained his position until I left. Would have liked to have seen his face, but I didn't want to bother him any more than necessary. Took some photos. When I returned after having signed the log, he'd gone on his way.

The cache is very well presented and situated in a place with a very nice outlook. Was a pleasure to find it. TNLNSL.

Four thumbs up for a 'Top Cache.'

Thanks again to phlphotos for another good hide in the Blue Mountains!
