Description
Rules of the game
- Your GeGnome must be a genuine, bone fide garden gnome. It may be store bought or hand crafted.
- Caches for the competition must be published on 1 December 2015 Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Geocaching Australia Time).
- Geocaching Australia has the facility to automatically publish your GeGnome on 1 December 2015. Check the wiki for how to achieve this.
- The game administrators decision is final.
- You may find and move your own GeGnome during the game period.
- Caches must be found and hidden by the same geocacher (i.e. no mailing the GeGnome to another geocacher to hide).
- There is no limit to the number of times a geocacher can find / move the GeGnome provided there are at least two other finds / moves in between.
- If a geocacher moves your GeGnome overseas and it remains unfound overseas for 1 week or more, the GeGnome mover may move your GeGnome back to the country of origin without breaking the "2 moves" rule.
- There is no limit to the distance other geocachers can move the GeGnome.
Etiquette
- Avoid rehiding a GeGnome far from active geocachers territory as it basically exits the gnome from the race
- When rehiding a GeGnome get good co-ordinates. Seriously. Don't dump and run. Get co-ords as you would a permanent GeGnome.
- When making your log against a GeGnome include a good hint so the finder can identify whether it's been moved, muggled or just a bad GPS day.
- This is a challenge of moving GeGnomes along, not trying to make them impossible to find, so help you fellow players out by making the task enjoyable

A review of this moveable has shown that the cache is still in location, just sitting there waiting to be found. So, if you're in the area, or simply passing through, why not stop and help it on its way again.....
Log was very wet dried it reasonably well but was still a little damp when I re-hid the cache in it's very tight hide
Had to come past this spot a couple of times before I found it vacated. It seems the views from this carpark are popular
Ozone will be moving along a little further soon
Cheers

This a cute little gnome who is now sitting around enjoying some beach views.
I have Ozone, I will be moving it on again as soon as possible.

Ozone was ready to start its tour of South Australia so dropped off into the park at an early cacher meet up
When we were planning our mainland trip we noticed that there appeared to be ten GA moveable caches that we had not found hidden along the Murray River not far from the highway. They had to be added to our lists. We had hoped to collect them yesterday but time was not on our side. This meant that we had a little back tracking to do at the start of the day.
As we turned off the main road we were pleased to see that the track leading to the river was dry. We felt our 2WD, low clearance street car would be able to manage this. We were about a third of the way to the first group when the track deteriorated and we found ourselves straddling some deep ruts the result of 4WD in the wet. Slowly and carefully we made our way towards the hide. We were able to park within 25m of the hide.
Accurate coordinates led us to the well hidden swag which, to our surprise, was a supermarket bag that was well tied up. We had no time to check all the moveable so grabbed the lot and stashed the bag, moveables and all in the car. It was then a slow trip back to the junction and down the next track to the next gathering or what turned out to be an equably daunting trip to the next hide where we found another bag of caches. We then headed back to the junction with the third track and a third group of caches.
We saw some awesome camping spots by the river on our way in and out and were glad to make it out with out any damage to the car apart from a very thick layer of dust.
After a very full day we spent the evening sorting the moveables and now to log them. Ozone was also eager to get out of his plastic prison and asked to spend the evening on the motel lawn.
We will take this one for a short trip before releasing him in time for the Ides of March.

Moved - but already picked up and heading south with another cacher.
This little guy popped into my house with Fitzy. Great to have a chance to discover him.
Moved to a cave overlooking the Queanbeyan River.
I was headed home after a week roaming the countryside and called in here on the off chance I would find a moveable. There were quite a number partying here together. I picked up six little travellers and will move them on. This was one of them.

I dropped this cache down with some others of its friends.

Down, but this one is already on the move again...
Stopped at this location on my way to Sydney. It looked like a "Moveable Event" or, sadly, an unwanted dumping ground for them. So I slowly sorted through them and found the ones I required, signed the logs where I could and left them to party on.

Found this movable which I have left here for another cacher to find. Good location and easy to find.
Well looky, looky, I finally found a movable awesome, so I have taken it to relocate it.
Discovered in the hands of LuckyL10n at the Star Wars event today. Very cool gnome! Thanks for sharing!

Dropped off at a Star Wars themed event. Mistaken for Yoda, but on the move again to a galaxy far, far away perhaps?
#GA930 - 19:30; Gotta love it when a GeGnome lands on your doorstep. I wonder if he fell through a hole in the ozone layer? TFTC fluffyfish

A trip down the mountains and then down the coast for delivery to the local cacher, don't bother looking this is gone already.
Found in the hands of Rogerw3 who kindly delivered this & nine others having travelled by train - a 12 hour round trip which is still in progress. Very much appreciated.
Discovered in the Trig Gnome (rogerw3) haversack ...

Found this one hiding in the cemetary at Sutherland complained that no matter how hard he tried he couldn't get anybody to come to a party. So I offered a location to have a party in my mobile. So long as I didn't get any complaints. Thanks for the moveable fluffyfish. Will move o n soon depends on when the party breaks up

Hidden thoughtfully on the grounds of a sprawling cemetery. From memory, this cache is in the fork of a tree covered with bark and leaves.
Happy for the current finder to hold on to the gnome until they head to the east coast. Thanks for the move.
The previous hider of this cache warned us to look out for bull ants. Well, we didn't see a single ant of any description, but then again, I was a little distracted here.
Charging off toward the cache I saw something stretched across before me that looked a bit out of place, and I was one step away from treading on it. Lo and behold, a Red-bellied black snake! I don't mind snakes at all, as long as I know where they are, so Mrs J kept her eye on it while I went looking for the cache, which was only about three metres away from our snakey friend. The gnome and his doppelganger were retrieved, but not before Mr red-belly stealthily disappeared from sight. It was a fairly quick walk back to the Navara.
If it's okay with the cache owner, we'll hang on to this one for a week or so. We are planning a road trip to Woolongong, then Sydney in a weeks time, and would like to give this traveller a boost to the East coast of Australia.
Thanks fluffyfish.

This was my favorite on the walk ... Nice and cool
A bit hot out here today sheltering from the sun
Coords used for cache hidden previously at the same spot were: S 31 52.805 E 115 48.788 ... maybe these are more accurate
I spotted this one today at The Great Gnome Grouping event, a really fun event with a lot of different types of games going on. The gnomes were all hanging out on a table inside and I tried to remember to sign the log for the ones that had them. Thanks for the cache Fluffyfish!
Discovered this one at the Gnome event. Not the first time our paths have crossed.

Bittgirls and I drove Ozone back up to the hills where he can enjoy the fresh air and shade. Ozone is nestled at the base of a tree until his next adventure.
Found the cache in a very convenient location, many thanks.
