Coord update

Found at the location of a GC cache. Hasn't been placed though. Will pick up and move on.

For some reason Gnome Fraulein had taking a liking to hanging out in our kitchen. Of course it'd have nothing to do with the fact she looks like she belongs in a cruet... Anyway today being an amazing May day for the New England high country, she was ready to head on out. Hope she's a tough little nut cause they're predicting a cold snap with minus temperatures. But she's not alone, she has Rock Shocker with her. Yodel-lee-oh-lay Fraulein....

Did anyone ever tell Gnome Fraulein she looks decidedly like a salt shaker.... ?? Picked up the bona fide gnome along with Shock Rocker... or was it Rock Shocker, anyway picked them both up to move to a new location. TFTM Fernandogirls.

Little Fräulein accompanied me to Ballina today - and decided to part ways. She wasn't here for long - I saw her driving away with another cacher...

Ahh Fräulein, what are you doing waiting beside the road? Surely you'd much prefer a drive in the countryside? Fräulein was quick to take me up on my offer and she's riding around with me for a while. Great cache! Thanks Fernandogirls!

Reading previous logs, this moveable may still be in location OR may have been found, removed and not relocated yet. We know moveables can sometimes be forgotten / missed / left in the bottom of a caching bag, so a check has been undertaken on this one.

An update will be posted within 28 days….

We are holidaying in Mount Isa for a couple of weeks and are taking the chance to do a little caching on the side. I was surprised to see so many movable caches up this way. This one was quickly located and retrieved. I might take this gnome back south east with me next week or drop it off somewhere in outback QLD on the way.

Took a day trip to Walhalla and visited the mine and took a ride on the train, excellent day out. Rescued Gnome Fraulein and will move on shortly.

I happened to be out FTF-chasing today in Walhalla and took this little lady along for the walk. Well, hike.....up hill.....VERY STEEP.....so the terrain rating is a challenge, but she's safely tucked away on a nice walk, enjoying the view over Walhalla. Enjoy!

It's been a while since this little Fraulein was found but I can see why - my biggest compliments to the Welder for an unbelievably good hide! I happened to finish with my patients early today and, with a slight detour, this was on the way home. I stopped in, found my way into the park right in front of a guy about my age who was cruising the park with a bulldog. I did the suss walk into the bushes, which he watched, interestedly, and I waited until he'd exited the park before I really started searching. I'd never have found her if not for the hint - I can't believe a hole just the perfect size was in that tree fork, hidden completely from view, and the bark camouflage was nearly flawless. No wonder she's stayed hidden for so long - the area is clearly well used as there were pizza boxes less than a metre from the hide.
Turns out that the guy with the bulldog doubled back after completely leaving the park and it seems, purely to talk to me. I'm going to assume that him raising the topic of blowflies was a bizarre pick-up line attempt which sadly fell flat as I'm married, older than I look and live about an hour and a half away from his neighbourhood. Sorry mate. Cute dog though. TFTC Fernandogirls, you gave me quite an entertainment this afternoon.

The lovely Fraulein enjoyed a delightful week at Hotel d'Welder enjoying a number of glorious sunrises with her friends. But eventually wanderlust took hold and it was time to once again hit the road.

Oh no, Fraulein!! You left your shoe at my place...

My first 'moveable' find! Couldn't find it yesterday despite there being emergency vehicles clearing a crash on the corner which provided perfect cover. My phone went flat and I didn't have a torch as night fell. Returned today and found it a little way off where I'd been searching. Fuzzy GPS readings, I guess. Thank you for the hint, geo_jas. Now where to put it...

Picked up while on a last minute close to home gnome run. I'll do a shuffle so he'll be moved on soon.

Co-ords were only at 6-7m accuracy due to very cloudy sky so very specific hint provided
Fraulein enjoyed her flight to Melbourne and is off seeing the sights already

Hidden at the beach

I spotted this one today at The Great Gnome Grouping event, a really fun event with a lot of different types of games going on. The gnomes were all hanging out on a table inside and I tried to remember to sign the log for the ones that had them. Thanks for the cache Fernandogirls!

Discovered the cache in a convenient location with Lazarus 68. Found the log very hard to extract, looks like the tab on the lid has broken off, so there is not much to grab to open the container. Got there in the end. Thanks for the Cache, wont say much more as I will leave the surprise for the next finder.
