We've given this gnome long enough to decide where he's going, but he still doesn't know!

We took him on an outing today, then dumped him on the side of the road as he's worn out his welcome at our house.

A relatively quick find on our way to Mr J's relatives in Strathalbyn.

As this gnome doesn't know doesn't know where it's going, we'll give him a week or two at J & J HQ to think about it. We don't know where he's going either, so it'll be a surprise for us all!

Apologies for holding on to this fellow for so long, I must admit I forgot about him when it got lost in the boot of the geomobile Out and about again now

Periodically the Geocaching Australia review team checks moveable caches that haven’t been found or moved in over 90 days.

This moveable may fit that brief, as reading previous logs it may still be at the posted co-ords, just sitting there waiting for the next finder to give it a go.

So, if you’re in area why not stop by and help it on its way.

Short visit with this gnome as he hasn't seen enough of SA yet.

Quick find although the hint had me puzzled as it referred to "the gym tree".
Given it was a sports oval, that seemed reasonable; until I reached GZ. Quickly reassessing and looking for a "gum tree" soon had a gnome in hand. TFTG

Don't Know Where I'm Going was ready to start its tour of South Australia so dropped off into the park at an early cacher meet up.

When we were planning our mainland trip we noticed that there appeared to be ten GA moveable caches that we had not found hidden along the Murray River not far from the highway. They had to be added to our lists. We had hoped to collect them yesterday but time was not on our side. This meant that we had a little back tracking to do at the start of the day.

As we turned off the main road we were pleased to see that the track leading to the river was dry. We felt our 2WD, low clearance street car would be able to manage this. We were about a third of the way to the first group when the track deteriorated and we found ourselves straddling some deep ruts the result of 4WD in the wet. Slowly and carefully we made our way towards the hide. We were able to park within 25m of the hide.

Accurate coordinates led us to the well hidden swag which, to our surprise, was a supermarket bag that was well tied up. We had no time to check all the moveable so grabbed the lot and stashed the bag, moveables and all in the car. It was then a slow trip back to the junction and down the next track to the next gathering or what turned out to be an equably daunting trip to the next hide where we found another bag of caches. We then headed back to the junction with the third track and a third group of caches.

We saw some awesome camping spots by the river on our way in and out and were glad to make it out with out any damage to the car apart from a very thick layer of dust.

After a very full day we spent the evening sorting the moveables and now to log them. Don't Gnome where I'm Going was also eager to get out of his plastic prison and spend some time looking around before hitting the road again
We will take this one for a short trip before releasing him in time for the Ides of March.

Moved - but already picked up and heading south with another cacher.

This little guy popped into my house with Fitzy. Great to have a chance to discover him.

Guess what.....I've found this one. I picked up a large moveable in Echuca a few days ago and when I opened it to grab the log, this little Santa Claus gnome fell out. I have it at home with me, so you'd like to unarchived it I'll set it out in the field again.

Good to see it wasn't actually lost....

The cache at this location seems to be MIA so we'll archive it for now to stop it turning up in the search lists. If it is found then the owner can reenable the listing by placing an Unarchived log against it.

Went back to pick this one up in preparation for a trip north but it has gone from where I had placed it.
