Description
Travelling Gnome
A late entrant into the GeGnome Electric Boogaloo gnome race of 2015/16
The idea being to travel often and for long distances. So please move him on as soon as possible.
Marcus is rather a sporting fellow and loves to kick a soccer ball around for fun, he just needs someone to play with.

Shame, I was thinking of searching for this one, but after reading the last entry I won't bother . The person who dropped this off needs to confirm it is still there, and perhaps move it to another location.
Spent a long time looking for this one. The problem with a hint that "says under a gum tree" is that it assumes that the co-ordinates are always exact. If they are not, you end up up like me; standing in the bush, close to a popular walking trail, surrounded by gum trees, many of which have rough bark and vines.
I picked the most obvious rough barked gum tree with vines and examined closely. I then worked outwards to 30 meters. I can't say that I examined everything forensically. Over twelve months of leaf litter can hide a lot but I had a pretty good dig about. I'd had way more suspicious looks from passing dog walkers than I was comfortable with so decided to leave before I had to explain my presence to people with professionally cynical minds.
I'd suggest that the previous hider needs to confirm this hide. Alternatively, archiving may be a serious consideration. Regardless, it was fun looking, so thanks for the hunt anyway!

Finally found a spot for this gnome. He's safe in the bush, far enough from tracks and hidden under camo.
Found him easy but safely hidden. He is in great condition with no breaks or fading.
Picked up from Fluffy Fish, Headed to NSW, just looking for a suitable resting place
Back out. It was weird as I found his doppelganger here.
Final day of GeGnome Electric Boogaloo, get out there and have fun!
on my way home and found marcus gnomial resting next to the sea chatting with the seagulls. He is continuing his journey!!!!

Dropped of at the beach. Base of shrub. Covered in twiggy material.
I spotted this one today at The Great Gnome Grouping event, a really fun event with a lot of different types of games going on. The gnomes were all hanging out on a table inside and I tried to remember to sign the log for the ones that had them. Thanks for the cache Hhheddy!
Sneaky little gnome... We were first to sign the log book ......Found at the 'Great Gnome Grouping' event.
Found at the event ... nice little touch to sneak a new entrant into the gnome gathering and then watch us all frantically hunting for the first to find.
THanks for the cache hhheddy. In my hands. Will move it on soon.
