Description
GZ is just off the track on one of the great walks aroound the res.
Please watch for muggles and kangaroos.
There were lots of birds around when I was placing this one, they seemed to be watching me and chatting amongst themselves.
This tree at GZ will give you an idea of how big the roots of a tree in this area can grow if given the chance.
BYO Pen.

Got a bit tangled with the GPS sending me all directions ended up in the right spot for an easy find was nice to walk through where the old gold miners toiled away cheers KB
Nearly 4 years without a find but the cache was still in good condition.
This one should be nice and safe in this hiding place.
Thanks TIGERSDEN.

Its going to be ridiculously hot for the last day of the Scavenger hunt so it was up early and out there to collect the few remaining caches we around No 7.
It actually turned out to be a lovely walk and we manged to complete all bar 1 DNF before it became stupid hot. TFTC Tigersden

ay one of our lightning caching trip brought us to Bendigo and the caches in this reserve were on our list. An enjoyable stroll with the whole place to ourselves. A quick find with very accurate coordinates. TFTC
We are heading home from the Red Centre Experience Event in Alice Springs and are currently caching around Bendigo. Today we concentrated on GCA caches as bonus points are up for grabs this month. Thanks tigersden for helping us add to our dragon zone points. This area is lovely and we enjoyed our walk around gathering caches. TFTC

#GA1096 - 14:12; Day 2 of the Melbourne Mega Mission with Sol de lune, now enroute from Kerang to Anglesea. We had now reached Bendigo, and after a stop for lunch made our way here to the No. 7 Park to complete a circuit collecting both GCA and GC caches along the way. We approached what we thought was the obvious feature given the name of the cache and began the hunt. Like those before us, it wasn't until we put the GPSr away and let the geosenses loose that the cache was spotted nearby. TFTC tigersden

Grabbed with LuckyL10n as we headed for the Surf Coast Mega. Took a round about way to get here, all while chasing a few more GCA caches....
Fell for the same trick as 2y'stassies, but after expanding our search, the neat little hide was exposed. Nicely done.
Thanks Tigersden.....enjoyed the walk around the area grabbing most in the series...

After a day in Bendigo hunting down a few GC caches and to find a Puzzle Cache to complete the mission, I decided to get out of the Buisy City and go for a walk around this lake.
I managed to find all of the GCA caches in this area in just over an hour and just before sunset
another cache that was a quick find, good cords always make for a pleasurable caching day.
Thanks, tigersden

initially we were searching the wrong object. One of us then stood back and immediately noticed a tell tale object nearby. On closer exploration we had uncovered the well hidden cache container. After signing and replacing the cache we agained marvelled at the collection of little flowering plants in the vacinity of this hide.
Thanks Tigersden for this cache and for taking us on an enjoyable walk in this reserve. Cache and contents were in good condition.
