Half the team went fishing (not hard to guess which half) and picked this cache up on the way. The log was very damaged and unfortunately no replacement on hand, only bait so could really do with a maintenance run.

A nice walk to GZ (glad drizzle had stopped) and Rocky Gnome was soon found about 5 m from where GPSr indicated. Tried to sign log but pen gave out so name is etched on the paper (photo attached). Not sure why it has taken us so long to find this cache but found today. TFTC

Caching in the area we found your cache along the way.

Many thanks Kaznev for placing and maintaining this cache and adding to our geocaching experience today. Beautiful location.

Quick find. Cache and contents in excellent condition.

Our day started with a walk out to the point where Rocky was hidden. It was very quiet with nobody around. Even the fish pens were still. Amazing scenery. We were expecting a long search but Mrs Y'stassie spotted him in the first spot she explored. He was in very good condition. After signing his log we rehid him giving him a new blanket of dried grass to hide his hat and protect him from the prickles of the dead branches above him. He was sorry that he couldn't yell loud enough to attract Dary Vafter and her party but asked that we pass on his wish for them to return.

Thanks for this cache Kaznev. He is well hidden and should survive for many more years.

Searched for a good half hour with a group of us but unfortunately no rocky

This was our last find for the day and after having to miss quite a few trigs we had targeted for the day due to poor weather we were determined to get this GCA one.
The walk to GZ was very pleasant and the view from GZ impressive. As another finder noted there really should be another cache out this way to encourage more searchers.
This took a long while to find but eventually Rocky was discovered. Would have liked to replace him so he could appreciate the view but his bright hat stood out too much and he probably would have been found my muggles.
Lots of interesting shelters being constructed out here too.
Thanks.

Hi Kaznev, thanks for the cache and for bringing me to this spot. I was filling in time before picking up geoSonE from a scout camp at White Beach. I enjoyed the drive out, then the walk. It was a bit overcast to really appreciate the views, but did watch a commercial fishing vessel steaming into Nubeena.
A nice location, pity this cache has only a few finders.
Cheers

Stainless steel rat and I had been out all day and were about to head for home when I suggested we find this cache. It was only 11km away. We pulled up and started the nice walk but as we reached GZ it was cold and windy. We searched for a couple of minutes before SSR spotted the base and we we soon had the log out and signed. We were quick to get back to the shelter of the trees. Thanks Kaznev for bringing us to this great spot.

out caching with GooseandEgg and called for this one before heading home

Out and about with RomanSwamp doing some learner driving, taking me to all the caches today.
Nice walk from the end of the road. I think someone should hide a GC cache out here - this place is awesome.
Thanks for the cache!

Hello Kaznev thank you for the cache.

Today I needed to find some caches so I could get another piece of a fictitious map so I could get another souvenir to go on my GeoCaching profile that no one will see.

I headed off down to Sloping Main and White Beach to find the ones around there that I hadn’t found before. The weather wasn’t that fantastic but at least it wasn’t raining.
This was the last one on the list before going home. I have not been to this area before so when this cache popped up on the GPS earlier today and I looked at the cache name my first thoughts was that this cache was a movable so I left it for the trip home thinking I would get it if I had time.
I parked at the parking area nearby and wondered what was the best way to go before seeing the walking track out to the point. The walk out was very pleasant meandering amongst the trees. Once out at the end of the track I found an old bush cubby house made out of trees and branches with a couple of seats to add a little comfort. From there I made my way out to the rocky coast line and rock hopped towards GZ when the GPS said I was close I started to look for a likely hiding spot but couldn’t find anywhere where I thought a cache could be hidden. After searching for a little while I had a look at the hint and thought I would soon find it. After another bit of a look at a place that resembled the hint I had a look at the last log and realised it was nearly a year ago the it was last found and if I was able to find it I would be the second to find it. It wasn’t too long after I had changed my position and looked at the location from a different angle that I had the Rocky Gnome in hand.
As I now expected I was the second person to find this cache.
It’s a pity that this cache isn’t found more often as it is a lovely spot and well worth the walk.

Hi Kaznev
A pleasant short bush walk had me find GZ and Rocky at 1548hrs.
Good views made the effort even more worthwhile.
A clean sheet gave me a *FTF* as well.
Thanks.
TFTC, TFTFTF, the exercise and the fun.
Cheers OldSaint.
