Description
Known as Globe Derby, he now has a racing track and suburb named after him.
The listed coords are for Globe Derby Park, the home of harness racing in South Australia. The race track was opened in 1969 and named after a famous standardbred stallion, Globe Derby.
However, for this puzzle you will need to look up some of the greatest thoroughbred horses.

Logs
We played around with this puzzle on a couple of occasions but got nowhere. Then after a break we came back, tried the obvious and it worked. Today we went to look for the cache. Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. There being no other logs, we will claim FTF at 10:15. Thanks Laighside Legends for the puzzle and the cache.
I am either over thinking or underthinking this puzzle!!!! I am putting all sorts of dates etc into geochecker and not getting a match!!!!
