Description
Bus 71 services the Palmerston suburb of Woodroffe. It is our local service and we quite often catch it especially if heading off to major events. It's almost the perfect bus stop except there's no shade. Or protection from the rain. But at least it now has a cache of its own.

Back out in Palmerston today to collect some mail from the Post office and finally had time to drop in on this one.
Surprised to be 2TF or is that 5TF on this one.

#GA1538 - 13:40; Day 19 of the Alice Mega Road Trip with Sol de lune, albida33 and fitzy_1965. After a night in Adelaide River we were again headed north along the Stuart Highway for our most northerly destination, Darwin. Popped into Palmerston as we entered the city for a surprise joint *FTF* on this cache. TFTC Canberratrekker (who we met later in the day at an event in the city)

Alice trip 2017. Day 17. Today Sol de Lune, Luckyl10n, Fitzy_1965 and I drove the last dash into Darwin. We went out to Litchfield briefly, but still we suffered from the condition and were happy to upgrade from swags to cabins for four days ! A bit of a detour on the way into town brought us here for a joint *FTF*

Geocaching Australia (GCA) Cache Find Number 1407. Found during Day 7 of my epic 21 day visit to Alice Springs for the Red Centre Experience Event and further travels after that. A rare FTF on a GCA Cache for me !
Flew into Alice Springs and met up with my fellow intrepid team members Sol de Lune, Albida33 and LuckyL10n for the start of an amazing trip throughout the Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales and eventually back to Canberra. The Red Centre Experience is the main attraction of course, but also on our agenda are a lot of GC Caches, lots of trigs, as well as plenty of GCA Trads, History and Virtual Caches (and maybe the odd beer or two ??!! Smile. Go Clan Cerberus !
Another Trad for the trip while heading north. We stopped here to look around and grab some caches. Lots of piccies taken. Then it was back in the car and off to the next one !
Another great location visited during our journey.

Found in a joint FTF with fitzy_1965, albida33 and LuckyL10n as we reached Darwin after heading up from the Alice Springs Mega...
Arrived at GZ and soon had the cache in hand...and then the dogs in the house behind started barking. Managed to sign the log quickly and surprisingly they were quiet while we weren't looking at them. Returned the cache as found and we were soon on our way.
Thanks CanberraTrekker...nice to grab another GCA cache.
