Description
A little cache near Waitara
Always thought this spot should have a cache, so with the geosportz in play I figured it was time to place one here. Note this is a popular area at peak times and finding it unobserved may be tricky as you will be conspicuous. Parking is also very limited during weekdays, I would suggest the highway side where it is timed rather than the side the cache is on as it will be full of commuters cars. Weekends or night times should be OK to park close though.
It's only a micro so BYO pen.

This container was part of a promotion that was supposed to be waterproof
I will get rid of this one as a location and see if I can find something else suitable nearby.

A quick find. Cache however is broken and the log a slimy, disgusting sodden mess. Impossible to sign. The sodden, yuk, log can be seen in the photograph. TFTC.

Two big caching days in a row to find some specific caches in the Hornsby and North Sydney area. Great weather and reasonable traffic made for an excellent day! Very wet logbook

This was my first ever find - and proud as punch I am to finally have broken my duck.
As usual, this site is very busy. You'll need to time your hunt to perfection to avoid the commuters getting off the train.
Found the cache, only to discover I must have dropped my pen along the way. Will return to mark it ASAP.

I headed up north to grab some trigs for the SSS and this one would do for a micro cache on the way home for one more find. Left Zhaoy in the car catching pokemon while I popped over to this rather familiar spot. The rain and New Years Day effect was keeping muggles at bay so I felt pretty safe. However, as I signed the log a familiar voice called out... BUSTED! Ms A, friend of the CO, was right behind me asking what on earth I was up to. Really she should be more switched on by now We had a quick chat before I dashed for the cover of my car to get out of the sprinkles. Cheers Rich!

Another geosportz hide that's been neglected for too long and now pays off for SSS points. Visited this evening with the geopup and waited for a brek in the commuter stream to get to work. Had to clear out some rubbish to expose the little container and signed as 2nd. Thanks richary.

Woohoo, my first FTF for the year, and first on GCA! I received the cache's publication e-mail, but wasn't up to rushing out late on a wet evening. Tonight was my first chance to visit GZ, conveniently located at my normal train station, and I was glad to be there when I was, at 8pm rather than commuter rush-hour! I waited for the few people disembarking the same train as me to leave the station area, searched the obvious area, and was glad to quickly find the container. I signed the log, replaced the container, then went on my merry way. TFTC
