Out and about with Sophia and 2Wagtails today. A lovely day for a bushwalk. Really enjoyed it.

All my friends had gone on a serious hike for the day but I didn't think my body would cope but I was getting withdrawal symptoms and decided to do this series to stretch my legs.
I parked at the end of Underwood Road and kitted up for the walk. My legs were feeling fine so I was looking forward to the stroll. The GPS told me I had about 990m to walk,
I enjoy walking in the Queensland Bush. The colour and shape of the trees is spectacular.
As A kid we lived at Rocklea and had a bit of bush opposite us and we spent a lot of time building paths and cubbies in there. That bush has long gone with the spread of suburbia but my memories of it remain.
It didn't take me long to find the right stump.

Out for my usual ride around Daisy this morning. The recent geosportz games had brought the new caches in here to my attention. I did not get time to hunt them for the games, but made some time on the ride today.
This one was a short detour between Tunnel of Love and Koala trails. Only 400m up and down the dip. A short walk of the track to GZ for a nice quick find.
A well stocked cache.
