Description
Is It Time for a Tree Change?
This cache was placed here for GeoSportz 2016 in August for the Olympic themed Games. Small cylinder shaped container painted in camouflage. This is a diffuclty challenge. You need stealth, you need to walk into creepiness, there are spiky asparagus ferns around and lots of ants..the non biting kind. Muggle backyards adjacent to this area on 2 sides. it is very bushy so there is a bit of cover.
This is not your usual Stroll in the park cache. Bring your most agile monkey. Take care in placing cache back into the little hollow. Room for small swaps.
I hope you like the Challenge.

Having found all the GA caches closest to home I decided to cross the river and try my luck on the darkside
This was next on my list. I found GZ without a hassle and then I noticed the cache. Well that was easier then I thought it would be!
I plucked the beasty from its hidey hole and that's when the ants came.... the ants came marching one by one hoorah, hoorah! The ants came marching ten by ten! Far out, far out! Looks like they love this cache.
After flicking and swiping the tickly little critters I managed to get my name on the log. With that complete I put all back as had been found.
Thanks for the cache SambuccaSam

Day 5 of a 5 day trip around south east Queensland with LuckyL10n and after a good few days of caching we had a few hours to grab a few more before out flight home.
Would you like ants with that??? Well, you certainly could here. The tree was covered with them. Even unscrewing the lid was a task in itself. Again though, inside the container was fine and the log was signed without issue. Cache was replaced and we were out there before one of us ended up like a character from one of the Indiana Jones moves....drag away by the little buggers.
Thanks again Sambuccasam....cache is all good and waiting for the next finder.

#GA3607 - 12:35; Day 5 of the tour de South East Queensland with Sol de lune as we wrap up our caching and get ready to head for home tonight. An early morning change of plans saw us head south through the picturesque countryside from Beaudesert to Woodenbong which enabled us to claim a find in Kyogle dragonzone, before heading back to Logan to continue our mission there. Found a trig before heading off to grab Queensland's oldest active GC cache, then on to pick up a few more in various of the CO's series. Muggle activity close to GZ resulted in an abondoned search at our last stop, but no such problems here, unless ants count as muggles The cache was easily retrieved, but getting rid of the ants took longer that retrieving and signing the log. I was able to retrieve the cache, but not able to sign the log as the entire cache is now an ants nest! Little blighters were everywhere!!!
Yes it was a bit of a challenge but not too bad. Good camo.
Found while caching with 2Wagtails and Sophia.

I think I spotted it but hearing muggles in the house it was on to the next one. Hopefully next time.
Found 14:00. Nice clean log book. Out looking for GC caches near by. Saw this was close. Nice quick find. Nicely crafted container
