Description
I think movables are good fun
Freezing Point
Do you know what that is ? Come and find this movable and find out.
When I saw this item I had a giggle as I thought it would be a fun movable and couldn't resist putting it out into the world of movables.
Have fun, have a giggle and enjoy this movable
Freezing Point does not have a logbook, it's just expected to be moved and logged.
PLEASE state in your log if you are moving it so other cachers know it is not at the last location, thanks.
Just remember to update the hint when you move it so that it will be an easy find for others.
Enjoy and Happy caching!
Etiquette
- When rehiding this movable get good co-ordinates. Please don't dump and run.
- When making your log include a good hint so the finder can identify whether it's been moved, muggled or just a bad GPS day.
- This is a challenge of moving, not trying to make them impossible to find, so help you fellow players out by making the task enjoyable
- Please avoid hiding movable caches near existing Groundspeak or Geocaching Australia geocaches. At Groundspeak geocaches they go missing as rubbish or taken as trades. At Geocaching Australia geocaches the other geocache ends up travelling as well which it's not supposed to. So please find a location away from any existing geocaches (except of course other movable geocaches) to keep the movables in play for as long as possible.

I checked amongst the very spikey bushes but could not spot it. Maybe it's there but it was not showing itself to me today.
Someone asked me about this yesterday, so on my way walking home (from a Christmas party) this evening, I detoured to check if it was still where I put it ... yes - it is - exactly where I put it ... and i just looked how long ago i moved it/put it there - over a year of "unloved" on this one now, for those who like to "collect" that
Had a look among the grass and spiky bushes. Couldn't see anything and eventually the mozzies convinced me to give up on this one after a 5min search at GZ.
I decided it was time to hide this somewhere before it melts... so I took it for a walk at Sunset... not to a point, and not quite freezing, but getting a bit cool... this one is now hiding in a bush, listening to the frog calls (I could hear at least 5 different species of frogs calling) and the birds splashing, in a nearby pond ... one can walk around the dam wall, or along the fence (a few blackberries along that track, but quite passable) or do both - a lap around the pond... which, thanks to the Landcare group I am in, even has a name - Fassifern pond (before it was named, it just had a number).
came up to do the Earthcache, decided to pick this one up while I was walking past ...
I will find another cool spot to place it soon, before it melts...

Today we concentrated on finding some moveables and the odd traditional caches along the way and this was one of them.

1st day of our eastern states road trip. Travelling from Perth to Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and ending in Jindabyne before returning to Perth. Passed through Norseman at sunset, drove up the hill and found the nearby GC cache before picking this one up. Nice easy find in a very obvious spot. Will drop off in a new location while on our trip.

Asked at the last minute to do a long shift on Friday night finishing 6 am Saturday morning & this being my 2nd last week before I am transferred to another location. Effectively my last night shift for some time – I wanted to do some caching before coming home – so loaded 3 off movables into GPS & see what happens. Looked on computer to see when first light is & that is 6.33am. arrived at Parramatta park at 6.20am so still very dark. So, a LED torch & off I went. It’s very interesting doing this in the dark & cache location being under tree cover made it more interesting – I MUST thank rogerw3 for very accurate co-ordinate’s & a good hint – made the hunt a lot easier in the darkness of the morning. It was great to retrieve Freezing Point. Knowing I was unable to retrieve No 3-movable due to muggles in large number near GZ I was off back to car. Back at car I had had a large sinking feeling . Only had 1 movable in jacket pocket & lost this 1 . So off to back track. By this time 1st light had arrived & hoping this should help. I literally walked back to GZ with no luck, so started to follow my track out of under the tree cover. Soon found you lying on the side of the track in the grass . What a relieve this was – nearly lost you . Will be moving further afield, maybe interstate.

Found today with Roger, left with him to relocate .
I knew something was afoot when he changed our usual lunch date from Penrith to Lidcombe!
We did make it to lunch in Parramatta a bit later.

Decided this none might need some warmer weather now that Canberra is having frosts. Although it could be headed to the hills from here!
Picked up for a move further north. Seems most of the Canberra locals have this one licked.....
Found this cute Moveable in the hands of fitzy - good job my little guy didn't see it !

After work I headed up to Red Hill to see two moveables. Success and both left in place.

Thanks for another one Throsbyonchurch....
A slightly cooler day today, but still well above freezing point, so this cache will need to take care and stay out of the sun!
#GA1178 - 16:00; Picked up as part of a prisoner exchange. Will help it get some early miles in 2017. TFTC Throsbyonchurch
