Dropped off in the National Capital to resume touring on the Big Island.....

#GA4066 - 09:10; Today's mission was to collect finds in the four remaining dragonZones on the Tasmanian 'mainland', so I headed off early headed for Rosebery. Stopped off for a catch-up with a fellow cacher in Ulverstone and picked up 'The Show' for a trip back to the big island to the north.....!

About to head out to do the last of the Christmas shopping when we noticed that there were several new moveables in the area. So shopping was put on hold while we searched for and found several caches we'd seen before and some new ones. We'll move these on in the next couple of days. TFTC

My thanks, also to the owners of all the caches spread across our countryside.

Headed down to Melbourne for the Meet the Moveables event at Brimbank Park, where this moveable, along with about 120 other were found. A good turn out at the event and everyone seem to have a lot fun talking about all things caching while finding the moveables and getting a start on the Journey or Destination summer game. A good couple of hours were spent in the area before witching hour rolled around and it was time to head back up the highway towards home. T'was an uneventful trip and with the number of moveable on offer, was certainly worth the drive.

A muster of old moveables in Canberra was called for, so a heap were collected and they have now made their home in and around Melbourne......hope they enjoy their new surroundings.

I was happy to see this moveable cache in the hands of another cache before it and many others head south.

Been out caching south of Tharwa in the misty, damp weather and came back and found there was another tempting cache.
