Description
Well, well, well, a hole in the ground.....!
This is a single offset multi which was going to be call Summer Scavenger at Well Station, that is, until winter returned yesterday!
The Well Station in the Gungahlin district of the ACT is one of the very early, but little known, rural properties to the north of the city. Until recently, it was known as the Well Station, because it had only one well on it. In the early days, a spring had been opened up, stoned all round and at one stage fitted with pumps. It provided good permanent water and was the pioneers’ main source of water until dams and water tanks were introduced later. More recently, an ‘s’ [Wells] has been added to the name. However, no family by the name of Wells has ever owned or lived at Well Station. This explains why road signs can be found in the area with both spellings of the name.
At the posted coords, you will find a large sign. The information on that sign will help you to find GZ.
A = Number of letters, third word, top line.
B = Number of letters shared by three of the words.
C = Number of words on the sign.
D = Number of Canberra suburbs named on the sign.
E = Number of letters in the fourth word.
F = Number of letters in the sixth word.
G = Number of words in black lettering.
The cache can be found at S35 12.AB(C-D) E149 09.(F-E)(C+D)G
Now for a little walk!

Thanks,

During the SSS I went to get this, I ended up having the wrong co-ords. Poking around a very public area got the attention of a local who began to watch me.
Freaked me out enough to not try this again.
I had the photo.. so I tried again, hopefully matching it against the hint.
As it turns out, I had my easterlies, but a significant digit in the southerlies was causing all sorts of grief. A bit of guesswork as to where GZ may be.. arrived tonight, no paranoid muggles... found cache!
TFTC LL, been a while coming!
A familiar area ! Gathered the required info then walked in to GZ - very nice !
TFTC !!
Took the short walk and looked in a couple of spots before the clear little container was spotted. Log book revealed no-one else had been here...which in a way is a bit of shame, but hopefully all the new caches around town will soon get the local GCA cachers out and about.
Thanks for this one LuckyL10n.
