Description
A Wall Small [SSS]
The Summer Scavenger Series suggests that we hide a small geocache to gain some points for our clan. (Go, Go, Griffin Gold!)
This geocache is a 200ml sistema container painted completely inappropriately to hide it, but the hide is well hidden so maybe the hide colour doesn't detract from the hide.
The sound barrier wall will play havoc with your GPS as it blocks the southern sky and make it look like you're not where you are. The co-ordinates, if they're over the wall, aren't and if they're too far from the wall, aren't. The name of the cache should tell you where the co-ordinates should place you North / South. East / West however is a different picture and you'll have to work that out yourself, but it shouldn't be too hard and the hint will clue you into what you're looking for.
Please combine this geocaches with the other geocaches along the Western Freeway Path which will net you a find and a nice walk too.

Logs
Many thanks caughtatwork for placing this cache.
Another quick find here, thanks to accurate coordinates.
It's wonderful when you park the bike and look down, and there it is.
I decided to continue exploring the western bike trails... this time the Western Freeway was my target, so I caught the train to Sunshine to ride the last section of the Kororoit Creek before continuing westward.
A fine evening, and a mostly successful hunt (apart from a couple of fruitless scrambles in the bushes), and edging closer to the 10% target I want to maintain.
Thanks, C@W.

Enjoyed exploring the wall along this section...lots of places to hide a cache.
Thanks for one C@W....
Glad I'm on the bike.
A little look here and there.
Then I was signing the log.
