Anyone fancy Currie for Christmas? This is a good spot to walk off some of your Christmas lunch!
This cache was hidden on Christmas day 2016 as part of the Summer Scavenge Series. It's located along the Currie Rd trail which runs through bushland at the northern end of Bantry Bay. This is part of a network of tracks around here and you can explore a little distance by walking to where this joins the Cook St trail (as described on wildwalks here http://www.wildwalks.com/bushwalking-and-hiking-in-nsw/garigal-national-park/currie-rd-track.html ) Or you might like to add a short section of streets to join up a number of the tracks on the other side of Wahringah Rd, and make a much longer day walk out if it. Plenty of options!

This was my first cache of the day and it was an easy enough find. I must say I was impressed with the quality of swag in the cache. Get very used to seeing rubbish in lots of them. Shame I didn't have anything to swap. Thanks.

Found myself down here looking for a nearby frog for the Summer Scavenge Series. May be able to use this one for a regular size claim unless I can find something worth more points next weekend. Thanks blossom* - a nice quick find on a warm afternoon.
I REALLY should have saved this one for a SSS hunt but I was so close to it hunting another requirement I couldn't resist. Blossom has been placing some great new caches for the Summer and this one doesn't disappoint. A nice little walk down the fire trail and a quick dart off into the bush and the FTF was mine! I see Baktrak is being more strategic and saving this for when it meets a scavenge requirement
