Description

Sandy Beach

Sandy Beach seems to be a village that has missed out on a cache with ones south at Emerald Beach and north at Woolgoolga. So I decided to pop one in here along Solitary Islands way to fill in the gap. it's a bit of a shame all the headlands around here are part of the Nature Reserve as most of them are deserving of caches, but this roadside one will have to do. Enjoy the finding, maintenance can be done when I come up to visit my parents at Woolgoolga.

Exploring the area, concentrating on finding GCA caches and trig points.

Many thanks for placing this cache and adding to our geocaching experience today.

Found on our trip around the big Island, all good

We spent a few hours north of Coffs Harbour this morning, from trig to trig, grabbing 3 trigs and a handful of caches in between. We diverted a little inland for this little trad, and was stoked to find the first cache of the day that didn't need a Needs Maintenance.... nice!

I always like to find GA caches as they tend to get less love than the ones on the other site. This was a nice quick find for the kids on the way back to Grandad's after some trig hunting. The road was busier than expected but we still managed.
Thanks for the cache!

I decided to make a trek down here from Lismore to do some bushwalking today, but I made the effort to grab this cache too. Such a nice area. Every time I come down this way I wish I could stay longer. The weather was perfect today, and the beaches looked amazing. I grabbed a couple of nearby trigs too, then made my way towards home. Unfortunately, not far from Maclean my car engine started getting too hot, so I had to get roadside assistance to tow me to a mechanics. It didn't dampen a great day of caching and bushwalking though. Thanks for this one Richary. Great to have found one of your caches!

On our way to Woolgoolga for an Adventure Lab and I convinced MrG this was the best route to take.. it was for finding this cache. Wink It didn't take long. It was quick enough to be found and replaced between passing traffic. TFTC richary.

First GCA cache for the day and a nice quick find in the obvious place.
A nicely maintained container and after making this find we went down to check out yet another awesome NSW beach.
Thanks.

After a wonderful mothers day spent with my boy and wifey, I had to go home again. Feeling a little sad about this I decided to find a few geocaches on by way home. I found a few and didn't find a couple. The watch was fun all the same.

Now, judging by the logs on this one, it should next be found in June 2020. haha

A little surprised to see this one pop up on the GPSr and still yet to be found. So a slight detour and I had my name on the log and a bonus *FTF*. Thanks Richary for the fun.
